Description
Claims (14)
- メタクリル酸メチルの重合を防止する方法であって、
メタクリル酸メチルを含む流体を準備する工程と、
重合防止剤組成物を前記流体に加える工程であって、前記重合防止剤組成物が、4−ヒドロキシ−2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジノール、およびN,N’−ジ−1,4−ジメチルペンチル−1,4−フェニレンジアミンを含む工程と、
メタクリル酸メチルの重合を防止する工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 4−ヒドロキシ−2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジノール、およびN,N’−ジ−1,4−ジメチルペンチル−1,4−フェニレンジアミンの添加量は、それぞれ、メタクリル酸メチルの質量に対して1ppmから2,000ppmである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記重合防止剤組成物は、連続的または断続的に前記流体に添加される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- スチレンの重合を防止する方法であって、
スチレンを含む流体を準備する工程と、
重合防止剤組成物を前記流体に加える工程であって、前記重合防止剤組成物が、4−ヒドロキシ−2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジノール、およびN,N’−ジ−1,4−ジメチルペンチル−1,4−フェニレンジアミンを含む工程と、
スチレンの重合を防止する工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 4−ヒドロキシ−2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジノール、およびN,N’−ジ−1,4−ジメチルペンチル−1,4−フェニレンジアミンの添加量は、それぞれ、スチレンの質量に対して1ppmから2,000ppmである、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記重合防止剤組成物は、連続的または断続的に前記流体に添加される、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- ブタジエンの重合を防止する方法であって、
ブタジエンを含む流体を準備する工程と、
重合防止剤組成物を前記流体に加える工程であって、前記重合防止剤組成物が、4−ヒドロキシ−2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジノール、およびN,N’−ジ−1,4−ジメチルペンチル−1,4−フェニレンジアミンを含む工程と、
ブタジエンの重合を防止する工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 4−ヒドロキシ−2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジノール、およびN,N’−ジ−1,4−ジメチルペンチル−1,4−フェニレンジアミンの添加量は、それぞれ、ブタジエンの質量に対して1ppmから2,000ppmである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記重合防止剤組成物は、連続的または断続的に前記流体に添加される、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記重合防止剤組成物は、エチレン製造工程中に添加される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記重合防止剤組成物は、ブタジエン製造工程中に添加される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- メタクリル酸の重合を防止する方法であって、
メタクリル酸を含む流体を準備する工程と、
重合防止剤組成物を前記流体に加える工程であって、前記重合防止剤組成物が、4−ヒドロキシ−2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジノール、およびN,N’−ジ−1,4−ジメチルペンチル−1,4−フェニレンジアミンを含む工程と、
メタクリル酸の重合を防止する工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 4−ヒドロキシ−2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジノール、およびN,N’−ジ−1,4−ジメチルペンチル−1,4−フェニレンジアミンの添加量は、それぞれ、メタクリル酸の質量に対して1ppmから2,000ppmである、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記重合防止剤組成物は、連続的または断続的に前記流体に添加される、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
