Description
排気孔が設けられたエアバッグと、
前記エアバッグを膨張させるガスを噴出するインフレータと、
前記エアバッグ内で前記インフレータを収容するチャンバーとを備え、
前記チャンバーは、前記インフレータから噴出された噴出ガスを前記エアバッグ内に排出する排出口と、前記噴出ガスを前記排出口に誘導する壁部とを有し、
前記壁部は、前記チャンバーが前記排気孔側に倒れた状態で前記排気孔を部分的に閉塞可能な外面を有する、エアバッグ装置である。

Claims (4)
- 排気孔が設けられたエアバッグと、
前記エアバッグを膨張させるガスを噴出するインフレータと、
前記エアバッグ内で前記インフレータを収容するチャンバーとを備え、
前記チャンバーは、前記インフレータから噴出された噴出ガスを前記エアバッグ内に排出する排出口と、前記噴出ガスを前記排出口に誘導する壁部とを有し、
前記壁部は、前記チャンバーが前記排気孔側に倒れた状態で前記排気孔を部分的に閉塞可能な外面を有し、
前記インフレータからのガスの噴出量の上昇中、前記外面は前記エアバッグ内に存在し、前記インフレータからのガスの噴出量の減少により前記チャンバーが前記排気孔側に倒れると、前記外面の先端部は、前記排気孔から突出する、エアバッグ装置。 - 前記排気孔から突出した前記先端部は、前記排気孔の縁で折れ曲がる、請求項1に記載のエアバッグ装置。
- 前記壁部が前記排気孔を前記排気孔の径方向に閉塞している長さをa、前記排気孔の径をbとするとき、bに対するaの割合は、40%以上73%以下である、請求項1又は2に記載のエアバッグ装置。
- 前記壁部が前記排気孔を閉塞している面積をw、前記排気孔の面積をWとするとき、Wに対するwの割合は、37%以上79%以下である、請求項1又は2に記載のエアバッグ装置。
