Claims (8)
- 51mol%〜62mol%のSiO2、
18.5mol%〜28.5mol%のAl2O3、
14mol%のNa2O、および
5.5mol%〜6.5mol%のY2O3を含み、
2を超えるモル比[Al2O3(mol%)/Y2O3(mol%)]および少なくとも80GPaのヤング率を有する、ガラス。 - 51mol%〜61mol%のSiO2、および、
6.5mol%のY2O3を含む、請求項1記載のガラス。 - さらに、少なくとも1種の二価の金属酸化物を含み、該少なくとも1種の二価の金属酸化物が、ZnOおよび1種以上のアルカリ土類酸化物のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1または2に記載のガラス。
- さらに、Y2O3以外の少なくとも1種の希土類酸化物を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- さらに、B2O3、P2O5、およびTiO2のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- 少なくとも700℃の歪み点を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- 少なくとも660kgf/mm2(6468MPa)の200gf(1.96N)ビッカース硬度を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- イオン交換され、該イオン交換されたガラスが、その表面から内部へと少なくとも40μmの圧縮応力層深さまで広がる圧縮層を有し、該圧縮層が、少なくとも800MPaの圧縮応力を有し、該イオン交換されたガラスが、少なくとも750kgf/mm2(7350MPa)の200gf(1.96N)ビッカース硬度を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
