Description
まず、表1〜3の組成となるように調合したガラス原料を白金ルツボに投入し、1000〜1200℃の温度で溶融した。次に、溶融ガラスをカーボン板上に流し出し、冷却固化した。その後、アニールを行って試料を得た。
得られた各試料について、光透過特性、耐候性及び液相温度を以下の方法によって測定または評価した。結果を表1〜3に示す。また実施例1の試料の光透過率曲線を図1に示す。
波長400nmにおける光透過率≧78%
波長500nmにおける光透過率≧83%
波長700nmにおける光透過率≦12%
波長800nmにおける光透過率≦5%
Claims (3)
- 質量%で、P2O5 25〜60%、Al2O3 2〜19%、RO(ただしRはMg、Ca、Sr及びBaから選択される少なくとも1種) 10〜45%、ZnO 0〜13%、K2O 12%〜20%(ただし12%、20%を含まない)、Na2O 0〜12%、及びCuO 0.3〜20%を含有し、P 2 O 5 /ROが1.0〜1.9であることを特徴とする近赤外線吸収ガラス。
- フッ素成分を含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の近赤外線吸収ガラス。
- 厚みが0.01〜1.2mmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の近赤外線吸収ガラス。
