Description
まず、表の組成となるように調合したガラス原料を白金ルツボに投入し、1000~1200℃の温度で溶融した。次に、溶融ガラスをカーボン板上に流し出し、冷却固化した。その後、アニールを行って試料を得た。
得られた各試料について、光透過特性、耐候性及び液相温度を以下の方法によって測定または評価した。結果を表に示す。またNo.2の試料の光透過率曲線を図1に示す。
Claims (3)
- 質量%で、P2O5 25~60%、Al2O3 2~19%、RO(ただしRはMg、Ca、Sr及びBaから選択される少なくとも1種) 10~45%、ZnO 0~13%、K2O 12~20%未満、Na2O 0~12%及びCuO 0.3~20%を含有し、P2O5/ROが1.9超~3.5、Al 2 O 3 /BaOが0.5~2.0であることを特徴とする近赤外線吸収ガラス。
- フッ素成分を含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の近赤外線吸収ガラス。
- 厚みが0.01~1.2mmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の近赤外線吸収ガラス。
