Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。以下に説明する実施の形態は、いずれも本発明の好ましい一具体例を示すものである。したがって、以下の実施の形態で示される数値、形状、材料、構成要素、構成要素の配置位置や接続形態、組立や製造の工程(ステップ)又は工程の順序等は、一例であって本発明を限定する主旨ではない。よって、以下の実施の形態における構成要素のうち、本発明の最上位概念を示す独立請求項に記載されていない構成要素については、任意の構成要素として説明される。
まず、本発明の実施の形態に係る建物ユニット1の構成について、図1〜図3を用いて説明する。図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る建物ユニットを屋内側の面から見たときの斜視図である。図2は、同建物ユニットの建築構造及び設備を示す図であり、図1に示される建物ユニットの壁下地材を透過して示している。図3は、同建物ユニットを屋外側の面から見たときの斜視図である。
次に、本発明の実施の形態に係る建物2の構成の一例について、図12を用いて説明する。図12は、本発明の実施の形態に係る建物の構成を示す図であり、(a)は2階間平面図、(b)は1階平面図、(c)は側断面図、(d)は正面断面図、(e)は側面図、(f)は正面図である。
次に、本発明の実施の形態に係る建物ユニット1を用いた建物2の建て方について、図13A〜図13Fを用いて説明する。図13A〜図13Fは、本発明の実施の形態に係る建物ユニットを用いた建物の建て方を説明するための図である。図13A〜図13Fの各図において、(a)は平面図、(b)は正面図、(c)は側面図である。なお、建物2は、図10と同様に、一般住宅である。
以上、本発明に係る建物ユニット及び建物等について、実施の形態に基づいて説明したが、本発明は、これらの実施の形態に限定されるものではない。

Claims (8)
- 2階建て以上の建物の一部を構成する建物ユニットであって、
建築現場以外で予め組み立てられ、かつ、複数階のうちの一の階を構成する第1ユニットと、
建築現場以外で予め組み立てられ、かつ前記複数階のうちの前記第1ユニットの上方の階を構成する第2ユニットと、
前記第1ユニットと前記第2ユニットとに空間的に連通された空間路とを有し、
前記空間路は、前記第1ユニットと前記第2ユニットとに跨がるように鉛直方向に延設されたダクトであり、
前記ダクトは、建築現場以外で前記第1ユニットに予め配設された第1のダクトと、築現場以外で前記第2ユニットに予め配設された第2のダクトとを有し、
前記第1のダクトと前記第2のダクトとは、前記第1のユニットと前記第2のユニットとの連結部分で建築現場で配管接続され、
前記第1ユニット及び前記第2ユニットの各々は、4つの面によって囲まれた建築構造体を有し、
前記4つの面には、外壁面となる室外側の面と内壁面となる室内側の面とが含まれており、
前記第1のダクト及び前記第2のダクトの各々は、前記室内側の面の近傍に配置されており、
前記ダクトは、前記第1ユニットの室内及び前記第2ユニットの室内のいずれにも通じるとともに前記第1ユニット及び前記第2ユニットの少なくとも一方の室外に通じる換気ダクトである
建物ユニット。 - 前記第1ユニット及び前記第2ユニットのうちの一方の前記室内側の面に分電盤が設置されている
請求項1に記載の建物ユニット。 - 前記空間路には、電気配線が配設されている
請求項1又は2に記載の建物ユニット。 - 前記第1ユニットは、屋内側に凹むように構成される凹部を有し、
前記空間路は、前記凹部の天井懐に連通している
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の建物ユニット。 - さらに、当該建物ユニットの屋外と屋内とに通じる給排気ダクトを有し、
前記ダクトは、前記給排気ダクトに空間的に接続されている
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の建物ユニット。 - さらに、前記給排気ダクトに接続される熱交換器を備える
請求項5に記載の建物ユニット。 - さらに、建築現場以外で予め設置された水廻り設備を備え、
前記水廻り設備には、バス、トイレ、洗面台、キッチン及び給湯器の少なくとも1つが含まれており、
前記空間路は、前記水廻り設備の近傍に設けられている
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の建物ユニット。 - 搬送されて建築現場に設置された請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の建物ユニットと、
前記建物ユニットをコアとして建築現場で施工された建築構造体とを備える
建物。
