Claims (13)
- 複数の固有の検定を含むデータベースから選択された検定に従って検体から得たサンプルを調製するように構成されたサンプル調製システムであって、遠心分離器を含むマトリクス干渉除去ステーションを備える、サンプル調製システムと、
分析装置およびサンプル分析制御装置を備えるサンプル分析システムであって、前記分析装置が、液体クロマトグラフィー質量分析計を含み、前記選択された検定に応答して、前記選択された検定に従って前記調製済みサンプルを分析するように動的に再構成可能であり、前記サンプル分析制御装置が、前記選択された検定に従って前記液体クロマトグラフィー質量分析計の1以上の動作パラメータを動的に変動させるように構成されている、サンプル分析システムと、
前記調製済みサンプルを前記サンプル調製システムから前記サンプル分析システムへ輸送するように構成された輸送機構と
を備える、サンプル調製および分析システム。 - 前記輸送機構が、輸送アセンブリ、回転台、注入器ピペットアセンブリ、流動的結合器、またはこれらの組合せの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のサンプル調製および分析システム。

- サンプルを調製および分析する方法であって、
複数の異なる検定を含むデータベースから選択された検定に従って検体から得たサンプルをサンプル調製システムで調製するステップであって、前記サンプルを遠心分離することを含む、ステップと、
前記選択された検定に応答して、サンプル分析システムの液体クロマトグラフィー質量分析計を、前記液体クロマトグラフィー質量分析計の1以上の動作パラメータを変動させることによって、動的に再構成するステップと、
前記選択された検定に従って前記調製済みサンプルを分析するステップと、
前記調製済みサンプルを前記サンプル調製システムから前記サンプル分析システムへ輸送機構で輸送するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記サンプルが第1のサンプルであり、前記調製済みサンプルが第1の調製済みサンプルであり、前記選択された検定が第1の選択された検定であり、前記方法が、
前記複数の固有の検定を含む前記データベースから選択された第2の検定に従って第2のサンプルを前記サンプル調製システムで調製するステップと、
前記第2の選択された検定に従って前記液体クロマトグラフィー質量分析計を動的に再構成するステップと、
前記第2の選択された検定に従って前記第2の調製済みサンプルを分析するステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記第2のサンプルが前記第1のサンプルの前に調製され、前記方法が、
