Claims (19)
- 複数の固有の検定を含むデータベースから選択された検定に従ってサンプルを調製するように構成されたサンプル調製システムと、
前記選択された検定に応答して、前記選択された検定に従って前記調製済みサンプルを分析するように動的に再構成可能な分析装置を備えるサンプル分析システムと、
前記選択された検定に従って前記分析装置を再構成するデータを、前記サンプル調製システムから前記サンプル分析システムへ通信するように構成されたデータ通信リンクと、
を備え、
前記サンプル調製システムが、前記選択された検定に従って調製するために、前記サンプルの調製順を順序付けるように構成されているサンプル調製および分析システム。 - 前記データ通信リンクが、前記選択された検定の識別、前記調製済みサンプルの体積の識別、前記調製済みサンプルに対する識別、分析すべき1つもしくは複数の分析物の識別、またはこれらの組合せの少なくとも1つを表すデータを、前記サンプル調製システムから前記サンプル分析システムへ通信するように構成される、請求項1に記載のサンプル調製および分析システム。
- 前記データ通信リンクが、前記分析の結果、前記分析の結果が関連付けられた前記調製済みサンプルに対する識別、前記サンプル分析システムを構成する1つもしくは複数の構成要素の状態、前記調製済みサンプルの前記分析の状態、またはこれらの組合せの少なくとも1つを表すデータを、前記サンプル分析システムから前記サンプル調製システムへ通信するように構成される、請求項1に記載のサンプル調製および分析システム。
- 前記データ通信リンクが高レベルデータリンクまたは低レベルデータリンクの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のサンプル調製および分析システム。
- 前記高レベルデータリンクがTCP/IPデータリンクである、請求項4に記載のサンプル調製および分析システム。
- 前記低レベルデータリンクがI/Oデータリンクを含む、請求項4に記載のサンプル調製および分析システム。
- 前記サンプル調製システムが、前記サンプル調製システムの動作を制御するように構成された第1の制御装置を含み、

- 前記分析装置が質量分析計または液体クロマトグラフィー質量分析計の1つを含む、請求項1に記載のサンプル調製および分析システム。
- サンプルを調製および分析する方法であって、
複数の固有の検定を含むデータベースから選択された検定に従って、検体から得たサンプルをサンプル調製システムで調製するステップと、
前記選択された検定に従ってサンプル分析システムの分析装置を再構成するために使用されるデータを、データ通信リンクを介して前記サンプル調製システムと前記サンプル分析システムとの間で通信するステップと、
前記選択された検定に応答して、前記選択された検定に従って前記調製済みサンプルを分析するように、前記分析装置を動的に再構成するステップと、
前記選択された検定に従って前記調製済みサンプルを分析するステップと、
前記選択された検定に従って前記サンプルの調整順を順序付けるステップと、
