Claims (7)
- 粉体を収容した状態で加熱炉内を連続的に搬送された粉体容器内から加熱処理後の粉体を取り出すために前記粉体容器を反転させる加熱炉用粉体容器反転装置であって、
位置固定の隔壁により囲まれ、前記加熱炉から送り出された前記粉体容器を一時的に収容する反転室と、
前記隔壁を貫通し、前記反転室の外側に設けられた反転アクチュエータにより非反転位置と反転位置との間で水平な回転軸線まわりに反転可能に設けられた一対の反転軸と、
前記反転室内に設けられ、前記反転軸の室内側端部に固定された固定把持爪と前記固定把持爪に対して開閉可能に設けられてスプリングの付勢力にしたがって前記固定把持爪の先端部との間を閉じる可動把持爪とを有し、前記粉体容器の外周壁を把持する複数のクランプ装置と、
前記隔壁を貫通した状態で、前記反転室の外側に設けられたアンクランプアクチュエータによりアンクランプ位置とクランプ位置との間で回動可能に設けられたアンクランプ軸を有し、前記アンクランプ位置にあるときに前記アンクランプ軸とともに回転する係合片が前記可動把持爪の基端部を押圧して前記スプリングの付勢力に抗して前記クランプ装置を開くアンクランプ装置とを、含み、
前記加熱炉は、入口から出口に向かう前記粉体容器の搬送方向が逆向きの状態で並列配置された一対の第1加熱炉および第2加熱炉を備え、
前記粉体容器反転装置は、前記第1加熱炉の出口から前記第2加熱炉の入口への第1搬送路および前記第2加熱炉の出口から前記第1加熱炉の入口への第2搬送路にそれぞれ配置された第1粉体容器反転装置および第2粉体容器反転装置である
ことを特徴とする加熱炉用粉体容器反転装置。 - 前記反転室を囲む隔壁は、前記開閉可能な開閉壁を含む複数の側壁と、前記複数の側壁の上側開口を閉じる天井壁と、前記複数の側壁の下側開口を閉じ、且つ前記粉体容器の反転により落下させられる粉体を受けて一時的に貯留する粉体貯留装置とから気密に構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1の加熱炉用粉体容器反転装置。 - 前記加熱炉から送り出された前記粉体容器を搬送するローラコンベアと、前記ローラコンベアにより所定位置まで搬送された前記粉体容器を、前記ローラコンベア上の前記所定位置から前記開閉壁が開かれた前記反転室内の前記固定把持爪の上へ送り込む送込装置とを、備える
ことを特徴とする請求項2の加熱炉用粉体容器反転装置。 - 前記反転室内において前記粉体容器が反転させられるに際しては、前記反転室内が前記加熱炉内と同様の不活性ガス雰囲気に維持される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1の加熱炉用粉体容器反転装置。 - 前記固定把持爪および可動把持爪は、少なくともその先端の表面がセラミックスにより構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1の加熱炉用粉体容器反転装置。 - 前記スプリングは、耐熱樹脂製の蛇腹により被覆された耐熱合金から構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1の加熱炉用粉体容器反転装置。 - 前記第1搬送路の前記第1粉体容器反転装置の下流側および前記第2搬送路の前記第2粉体容器反転装置の下流側には、前記粉体容器内に粉体を充填する第1粉体充填装置および第2粉体充填装置が、それぞれ配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1の加熱炉用粉体容器反転装置。
