Abstract
Description
図面を参照して、本実施例に係る熱処理システム1について説明する。図1に示すように、熱処理システム1は、匣鉢2と、熱処理炉110を備えている。
上記の実施例では、熱処理システム1は、バッチ式の熱処理炉110を備えていたが、このような構成に限定されない。例えば、図2及び図3に示すように、熱処理システム100は、搬送装置(52、54)によって匣鉢2を搬送しながら熱処理する熱処理炉10を備えていてもよい。

Claims (9)
- リチウム正極材の粉体を収容する匣鉢と、
前記匣鉢に収容された前記粉体を熱処理する熱処理炉と、を備えており、
前記匣鉢は、少なくとも前記粉体と接触する表面がニッケル基合金により形成されており、
前記熱処理炉は、前記匣鉢に収容された前記粉体を、300℃以上1000℃以下の雰囲気温度で10時間以上30時間以下熱処理するように構成されている、熱処理システム。 - 前記ニッケル基合金は、アルミニウムを含有しており、
前記ニッケル基合金のアルミニウムの含有量は、1wt%以上10wt%以下である、請求項1に記載の熱処理システム。 - 前記熱処理炉は、酸素を含む雰囲気下で前記匣鉢に収容された前記粉体を熱処理する、請求項1又は2に記載の熱処理システム。
- 前記匣鉢に前記粉体を供給する供給装置と、
前記匣鉢から前記熱処理炉で熱処理された前記粉体を回収する回収装置と、
前記回収装置で前記粉体が回収された後の前記匣鉢の表面を清掃する清掃装置と、をさらに備えており、
前記清掃装置は、前記回収装置での前記粉体の回収後の前記匣鉢の表面から、前記匣鉢の表面に残留する粉体と、熱処理により発生した反応物と、を除去し、
前記匣鉢は、前記供給装置と前記熱処理炉と前記回収装置と前記清掃装置の間を循環して用いられる、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理システム。 - 前記熱処理炉は、前記匣鉢に収容された前記粉体を熱処理する熱処理部と、前記熱処理部で熱処理された前記粉体を冷却する冷却部を備えている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理システム。
- 前記匣鉢は、上下方向に複数重ねて前記熱処理炉内に配置可能である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理システム。
- 前記匣鉢を雰囲気温度800℃の酸素雰囲気下で10時間だけ曝露したときに、前記匣鉢の表面に形成されるAl2O3膜の膜厚が1μm~1mmの範囲となる、請求項2に記載の熱処理システム。
- リチウム正極材の粉体を収容した状態で熱処理炉内に配置されて前記粉体を熱処理するための匣鉢であって、
前記匣鉢は、少なくとも前記粉体と接触する表面がアルミニウムを含有するニッケル基合金により形成されており、
前記ニッケル基合金は、雰囲気温度800℃の酸素雰囲気下で10時間だけ曝露したときに、前記ニッケル基合金の表面に形成されるAl2O3膜の膜厚が1μm~1mmの範囲となる、匣鉢。 - リチウム正極材の粉体を熱処理する熱処理方法であって、
匣鉢にリチウム正極材の粉体を供給する供給工程と、
前記匣鉢に供給された前記粉体を熱処理する熱処理工程と、を備えており、
前記匣鉢は、少なくとも前記粉体と接触する表面がニッケル基合金により形成されており、
前記熱処理工程では、前記匣鉢に供給された前記粉体を、300℃以上1000℃以下の雰囲気温度で10時間以上30時間以下熱処理する、熱処理方法。
