Claims (2)
- X線光電子分光法により測定したO1Sピーク強度を、前記分光法により測定したC1Sピーク強度で割り込んだ値である表面酸素量が0.097以上0.138以下である炭素繊維と、
前記炭素繊維に施された銅メッキと、
を備えることを特徴とするメッキ繊維。 - 請求項1に記載のメッキ繊維を導体部とし、この導体部上に絶縁体を被覆した電線を備える
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。
