Description
このように、本実施形態の車両用制動装置は、ホイールシリンダWC1〜WC4内の液圧に対応した制動力を車両の車輪Wに付与する液圧制動装置Bと、車輪Wの運動エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換して得る回生制動力を車輪Wに付与する回生制動装置Aと、を備えている。液圧制動装置Bは、マスタシリンダ23の液圧室23d、23fとホイールシリンダWC1〜WC4とを接続する油経路(「液圧路」に相当する)Lf、Lrに配置された差圧制御弁31、41と、油経路Lf、Lrのうち差圧制御弁31、41とホイールシリンダWC1〜WC4との間の部分にブレーキ液を吐出するポンプ37、47と、を有している。本実施形態の車両用制動装置は、マスタ室23d、23f内にブレーキ操作量(ストローク)に応じてマスタ圧を発生させるとともに、ポンプ37、47を作動させつつ、差圧制御弁31、41のマスタ室23d、23f側とホイールシリンダWC1〜WC4側との差圧(以下、「第一差圧」とも称する)を調整し、且つ、ブレーキ操作量が所定量(第1ブレーキ操作量)に達するまで、マスタ圧の発生が抑制されるように構成されている。当該所定量は、回生制動装置Aが発生可能な最大回生制動力に基づいて設定されている。
本発明は、上記実施形態に限られない。例えば、無効ストローク機構など、マスタ圧の発生を抑制する構成は、上記のようにマスタシリンダの構成により実現するものに限らない。例えば、マスタ圧の発生を抑制する構成は、上記実施形態の構成(マスタシリンダ23より抑制する構成)に代えて、調圧リザーバ34、44で構成されても良い。具体例として調圧リザーバ34について説明すると、図12に示すように、調圧リザーバ34は、ボール弁51aの位置が、ブレーキ操作が為されていない際に閉弁位置から開弁方向(ボール弁51aが弁座51bから離間する方向:図の上方向)に所定距離S1だけ離れた位置となり、ストロークが所定量に達した際に閉弁位置となるように構成されている。閉弁位置とは、ボール弁51aが弁孔51b1を有する弁座51bに当接して同弁孔51b1を閉塞する位置である。なお、変形態様でない上記実施形態の所定距離は、例えば図12における距離S0で表すことができる。
本実施形態の車両用制動装置は、ブレーキ操作量(ストローク)が第1ブレーキ操作量(所定量)未満の範囲で且つ増大中である場合におけるブレーキ操作量と第一差圧との関係である第1関係f1、及び、ブレーキ操作量が第1ブレーキ操作量未満の範囲で且つ減少中である場合におけるブレーキ操作量と第一差圧との関係である第2関係f2が記憶されている記憶部61と、記憶部61に記憶されている第1関係f1及び第2関係f2に基づいて差圧弁31、41を制御する制御部62と、を備え、第1関係f1は、ブレーキ操作量が増大するほど第一差圧が増大する関係であり、第2関係f2は、ブレーキ操作量が減少するほど第一差圧が減少する関係であり、第2関係f2におけるブレーキ操作量の単位減少幅当たりの第一差圧の減少幅は、第1関係f1におけるブレーキ操作量の単位増大幅当たりの第一差圧の増大幅よりも大きく設定されている。
Claims (1)
- ホイールシリンダ内の液圧に対応した液圧制動力を車両の車輪に付与する液圧制動装置と、前記車輪の運動エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換して得る回生制動力を前記車輪に付与する回生制動装置と、を備え、
前記液圧制動装置は、マスタシリンダのマスタ室と前記ホイールシリンダとを接続する液圧路に配置された差圧弁と、前記液圧路のうち前記差圧弁と前記ホイールシリンダとの間の部分にブレーキ液を吐出するポンプと、を有し、
前記ポンプを作動させつつ、前記差圧弁の前記マスタ室側と前記ホイールシリンダ側との差圧を調整し、且つ、ブレーキ操作量が第1ブレーキ操作量に達するまで、前記マスタ室内の液圧であるマスタ圧の発生が抑制されるように構成され、前記第1ブレーキ操作量は、前記回生制動装置が発生可能な最大回生制動力に基づいて設定されている車両用制動装置であって、
前記ブレーキ操作量が前記第1ブレーキ操作量未満の範囲で且つ増大中である場合における前記ブレーキ操作量と前記差圧との関係である第1関係、及び、前記ブレーキ操作量が前記第1ブレーキ操作量未満の範囲で且つ減少中である場合における前記ブレーキ操作量と前記差圧との関係である第2関係が記憶されている記憶部と、
前記記憶部に記憶されている前記第1関係及び前記第2関係に基づいて前記差圧弁を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記第1関係は、前記ブレーキ操作量が増大するほど前記差圧が増大する関係であり、
前記第2関係は、前記ブレーキ操作量が減少するほど前記差圧が減少する関係であり、
前記第2関係における前記ブレーキ操作量の単位減少幅当たりの前記差圧の減少幅は、
前記第1関係における前記ブレーキ操作量の単位増大幅当たりの前記差圧の増大幅よりも大きく設定され、
前記制御部は、前記ブレーキ操作量が前記第1ブレーキ操作量未満である際であって、前記ブレーキ操作量が0になる前に、前記ブレーキ操作量が減少から増大に転じた際には、前記ブレーキ操作量が前記第1ブレーキ操作量に達した時点で、前記差圧に対応した前記液圧制動力と前記回生制動力との和が前記最大回生制動力に相当する値になるように、前記ブレーキ操作量の増大に応じて前記差圧を増大させる車両用制動装置。
