Claims (12)
- カルーセルの外側にベルトコンベヤーが備えられるカルーセルであって、
前記カルーセルの搬送表面を閉ループに形成するように連続して設置された複数のスラット板と、
前記スラット板は、前記ベルトコンベヤーから手荷物が伝達される部位に前記スラット板が前記カルーセルの外側から内側方向に下向き傾斜するよう形成された接続部と、
前記接続部から所定の距離離隔した位置に前記スラット板が前記カルーセルの内側から外側方向に下向き傾斜するよう形成されたピックアップ部とを含み、
前記接続部と前記ピックアップ部は、傾斜した方向が互いに反対であり、
前記スラット板は、
前記スラット板と同時に回転し、前記スラット板の下段に備えられたローラと、
前記ローラの間に設けられ、前記スラット板を回転させるチェーンと、
前記スラット板と離隔して配置され、前記スラット板の軌跡に沿って回転するように前記ローラをガイドするレールとを含むことを特徴とする、二重傾斜型カルーセル。 - 前記接続部の前後区間には、前記接続部の区間の傾斜角度よりも緩やかな傾斜を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二重傾斜型カルーセル。
- 前記接続部は、前記カルーセルの外側から内側方向に下向き傾斜するよう形成され、底と約20度内外の角度で傾斜するよう形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二重傾斜型カルーセル。
- 前記ピックアップ部は、前記カルーセルの内側から外側方向に下向き傾斜するよう形成され、底と約20度内外の角度で傾斜するよう形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二重傾斜型カルーセル。
- 前記ベルトコンベヤーと近い位置のスラット板の一側は、前記ベルトコンベヤーの高さに対応するよう形成され、前記スラット板の他側は下向き傾斜するように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二重傾斜型カルーセル。
- 前記スラット板の内側及び外側の高さが調整されるよう、前記スラット板の下段に連結装置をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二重傾斜型カルーセル。
- 前記連結装置は、
一側は前記スラット板を固定し、他側は前記チェーンを固定した伝達部と、
前記伝達部と連結して回転形態に構成され、前記伝達部を搬送する移動部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二重傾斜型カルーセル。 - 前記連結装置は、前記スラット板の傾斜角の変化に対応するよう構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二重傾斜型カルーセル。
- カルーセルの外側にベルトコンベヤーが備えられるカルーセルであって、
前記ベルトコンベヤーから手荷物が伝達される部位のスラット板が前記カルーセルの外側から内側方向に下向き傾斜するよう形成された接続部と、
前記接続部両側から所定の距離離隔した位置に、前記スラット板が前記カルーセルの内側から外側方向に下向き傾斜するよう形成されたピックアップ部とを含み、
前記接続部と前記ピックアップ部の区間は、前記スラット板の傾斜方向が異なるように形成され、
前記スラット板は、
前記スラット板と同時に回転し、前記スラット板の下段に備えられたローラと、
前記ローラの間に設けられ、前記スラット板を回転させるチェーンと、
前記スラット板と離隔して配置され、前記スラット板の軌跡に沿って回転するように前記ローラをガイドするレールとを含むことを特徴とする、二重傾斜型カルーセル。 - 前記接続部の前後区間には、前記接続部の区間の傾斜角度より緩やかな傾斜を形成することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二重傾斜型カルーセル。
- 前記接続部は、前記カルーセルの外側から内側方向に下向き傾斜するよう形成され、底と約20度内外の角度で傾斜するよう形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二重傾斜型カルーセル。
- 前記ピックアップ部は、前記カルーセルの内側から外側方向に下向き傾斜するよう形成され、底と約20度内外の角度で傾斜するよう形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二重傾斜型カルーセル。
