以下、図面を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係るロータリーバルブ100及びこれを備える流体圧アクチュエータユニット10について説明する。
次に、図11を参照して本発明の第2実施形態に係るロータリーバルブ200について説明する。以下では、上記第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、上記第1実施形態のロータリーバルブ100と同一の構成には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
Claims (9)
- 回転軸を中心に駆動対象を回転させる流体圧アクチュエータに給排される作動流体の流量を制御するロータリーバルブであって、
前記回転軸を中心とする前記駆動対象の回転に伴い回転するロータと、
前記ロータに形成され前記流体圧アクチュエータに給排される作動流体の流量を制御する制御流路と、を備え、
前記ロータは、前記回転軸と同軸的に連結され前記回転軸と同期して回転し、
前記制御流路は、前記ロータの回転に伴い、通過する作動流体の流れに付与する抵抗が変化することを特徴とするロータリーバルブ。 - 回転軸を中心に駆動対象を回転させる流体圧アクチュエータに給排される作動流体の流量を制御するロータリーバルブであって、
前記回転軸を中心とする前記駆動対象の回転に伴い回転するロータと、
前記ロータに形成され前記流体圧アクチュエータに給排される作動流体の流量を制御する制御流路と、を備え、
前記制御流路は、前記ロータの外周に周方向に沿って形成される溝通路と、両端が前記ロータの外周面に開口し前記溝通路が作動流体に付与する抵抗とは異なる抵抗を作動流体に付与する絞り通路と、を有し、前記ロータの回転に伴い、前記溝通路と前記絞り通路とに導かれる作動流体の流れが制御されることにより、通過する作動流体の流れに付与する抵抗が変化することを特徴とするロータリーバルブ。 - 前記絞り通路は、前記溝通路が作動流体の流れに付与する抵抗よりも大きな抵抗を作動流体の流れに付与し、
前記制御流路は、前記ロータの回転に伴い、作動流体が前記絞り通路を通過するか、前記溝通路を通過するか、又は前記溝通路及び前記絞り通路の両方を通過するかが切り換えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のロータリーバルブ。 - 前記ロータが回転自在に挿入されるハウジングをさらに備え、
前記溝通路は、
深さを規定する底部と、

前記流体圧アクチュエータは、第一圧力室及び第二圧力室の圧力差によって伸縮作動する流体圧シリンダであり、

単一の前記ロータが回転自在に挿入される単一のハウジングと、

前記回転軸を中心とする前記駆動対象の回転に伴い回転するロータと、
前記ロータに形成され前記流体圧アクチュエータに給排される作動流体の流量を制御する制御流路と、を備え、
前記制御流路は、前記ロータの回転に伴い、通過する作動流体の流れに付与する抵抗が変化し、
前記駆動対象は、ウィング車における荷室の上部に回転自在に連結されて上下方向に開閉されるウィングであることを特徴とするロータリーバルブ。 - 作動流体の流体圧によって駆動され回転軸を中心に駆動対象を回転させる流体圧アクチュエータと、
前記流体圧アクチュエータに作動流体を導くポンプと、
前記ポンプから前記流体圧アクチュエータに導かれる作動流体の流れを切り換える切換弁と、
前記流体圧アクチュエータに導かれる作動流体の流量を制御するロータリーバルブと、を備え、
前記ロータリーバルブは、
前記回転軸を中心とする前記駆動対象の回転に伴い回転するロータと、
前記ロータに形成され前記流体圧アクチュエータに給排される作動流体の流量を制御する制御流路と、を備え、
前記制御流路は、前記ロータの回転に伴い、通過する作動流体の流れに付与する抵抗が変化することを特徴とする流体圧アクチュエータユニット。 - 前記駆動対象は、ウィング車における荷室の上部に回転自在に連結され上下方向に開閉されるウィングであり、
前記制御流路は、
前記ロータの外周に周方向に沿って形成される溝通路と、
両端が前記ロータの外周面に開口し前記溝通路が作動流体の流れに付与する抵抗よりも大きな抵抗を作動流体の流れに付与する絞り通路と、を有し、
前記ウィングが全閉状態及び全開状態から開閉する際には、作動流体は前記絞り通路を通過し、前記ウィングの開度が所定範囲内にある場合には、作動流体は前記溝通路を通過することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の流体圧アクチュエータユニット。
