Claims (10)
- 半導体基板と、前記半導体基板の後面に互いに交互に並行するように第1方向に形成された第1電極と第2電極を含む複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池を互いに直列接続するために、前記第1方向に交差する第2方向に形成され、前記第1電極と導電層によって電気的に接続され、前記第2電極と絶縁される複数の第1配線材と、
前記複数の太陽電池を互いに直列接続するために、前記第2方向に形成され、前記第2電極と前記導電層によって電気的に接続され、前記第1電極と絶縁される第2配線材とを含み、
前記複数の太陽電池のそれぞれは、前記第1配線材と前記第1電極が交差する領域に形成され、前記第1電極に沿って配置された第1パッド部と前記第2配線材と前記第2電極が交差する領域に形成され、前記第2電極に沿って配置された第2パッド部を含み、
前記第1パッド部は前記第1電極の一部として構成され、前記第2パッド部は前記第2電極の一部として構成され、
前記第1パッド部と前記第2パッド部は、各々、前記第1、第2電極のそれぞれの幅より大きい幅を有する第1コンタクトパッド部と第2コンタクトパッド部を含んで構成され、前記第1コンタクトパッド部の大きさは前記第2コンタクトパッド部の大きさより小さい、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1配線材と絶縁される前記第2電極の内の少なくとも一部または前記第2配線材と絶縁される前記第1電極の内の少なくとも一部は、電極が部分的に切れている断線部を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記断線部において電極の先端を選択的に包んでいるバンクが形成される、請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1電極と前記第2配線材との間の絶縁される部分の少なくとも一部または前記第2電極と前記第1配線材との間の絶縁される部分の少なくとも一部には、絶縁層が形成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1、第2パッド部は、前記第1電極または前記第2電極と同じ材質で形成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1、第2パッド部の内の少なくとも一つは、狭い溝に構成されたスリットを含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1、第2パッド部は、前記第1電極または前記第2電極と他の導電性材質で形成される、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の第1電極と前記複数の第2電極の幅は100μm〜600μmであり、厚さは0.1μm〜10.0μmである、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の太陽電池のそれぞれは、前記絶縁層と前記導電層との間の領域に前記第1配線材と前記第2配線材を前記半導体基板に選択的に付着させている複数の分散層を含む、請求項7に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の分散層は、前記第1電極または前記第2電極と同一の物質からなり、又は前記絶縁層または前記導電層と同一の物質からなる、請求項9に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
