Description
本発明の偏心弁は、例えば、燃料電池システムにおけるエア系の統合弁に適用される。そこで、まず、燃料電池システムについて説明をしたうえで、本発明の偏心弁が適用される統合弁について説明する。
燃料電池システム101は、電動自動車に搭載され、その駆動用モータ(図示略)に電力を供給するために使用される。図1に示すように、燃料電池システム101は、燃料電池(FCスタック)111と、水素系112と、エア系113を有する。
次に、本発明の偏心弁が適用される統合弁181について説明する。

- 弁孔と前記弁孔の縁部に形成されたシート面を含む弁座と、
前記シート面に対応するシール面が外周に形成された弁体と、
前記弁体が一体的に設けられ前記弁体を回転させる回転軸と、を有し、

前記回転軸の中心軸方向について前記弁体と前記駆動力受給部との間の位置に配置され前記回転軸を支持する軸受と、
前記回転軸を閉弁方向に回転させるリターンスプリング力を発生させるリターンスプリングと、を有し、
前記駆動機構の非駆動時に、前記リターンスプリング力に起因して発生する力であり、かつ、前記軸受の中心軸に対して垂直な方向に作用する力であって、前記軸受を支点として前記回転軸を傾けて前記弁体を前記弁座から離れる方向に付勢する反弁座方向付勢力を発生させ、
前記弁体および前記弁座のいずれか一方に、前記駆動機構の非駆動時に前記弁体と前記弁座との間を封止するシール部材が設けられていること、
を特徴とする偏心弁。 - 請求項1の偏心弁において、
前記シール部材は、前記駆動機構の非駆動時に先端が前記弁体または前記弁座と接触し、前記駆動機構の駆動時に前記弁体または前記弁座に押されて変形する変形部を備え、
前記駆動機構の駆動時における前記変形部の変形量は、前記変形部が塑性変形するときの変形量よりも少ないこと、
を特徴とする偏心弁。 - 請求項1または2の偏心弁において、
前記駆動機構を駆動状態から非駆動状態へ切り替える際においては、前記弁体に対する前記弁座側の圧力が所定負圧に達した後に、前記駆動機構を非駆動状態へ切り替えること、
を特徴とする偏心弁。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つの偏心弁において、
前記駆動機構の駆動時に行われる制御モードとして、前記弁孔の開口面積を制御する調圧制御モードと、前記弁体の全閉位置付近において前記弁体の回転を制御する封止制御モードを有すること、
を特徴とする偏心弁。 - 請求項4の偏心弁において、
前記封止制御モードにおける前記弁体の回転速さは、前記調圧制御モードにおける前記弁体の回転速さよりも遅いこと、
を特徴とする偏心弁。 - 請求項4または5の偏心弁において、
前記調圧制御モードにおいては、前記弁体と前記シール部材が非接触状態であること、
を特徴とする偏心弁。 - 請求項4乃至6のいずれか1つの偏心弁において、
前記偏心弁は、燃料電池システムにおけるエアが流れる通路に設けられ、
回生ブレーキ要求がなされた場合に前記燃料電池システムにて前記エアの流量を調整するエアポンプを駆動させるときに、前記弁体の開度は、前記封止制御モードのときの開度範囲内の途中の開度に保持されること、
を特徴とする偏心弁。
