Claims (4)
- 弁孔と前記弁孔の縁部に形成されたシート面を備える弁座と、
前記シート面に対応するシール面が外周に形成された弁体と、
前記弁体が一体的に設けられる回転軸と、を有し、
前記回転軸の中心軸が前記弁孔の中心軸から前記弁孔の径方向へ偏心して配置されると共に、前記シール面が前記回転軸の中心軸から前記弁体の中心軸が伸びる方向へ偏心して配置される流量制御弁において、
前記回転軸の中心軸を中心に前記回転軸と一体的に回転する前記弁体の回転を止めた後、前記回転軸の中心軸を中心に回転する前記回転軸に対して、前記弁体を前記回転軸の中心軸から偏心した偏心軸を中心に相対回転させながら、前記弁体を前記弁座に向けて移動させる弁体移動方向規制部材と、
前記回転軸に対して前記弁体が前記偏心軸を中心に相対回転できる範囲を規定するストッパと、
前記回転軸と前記弁体との間に設けられ前記弁体を前記ストッパ方向へ付勢するスプリングと、を有し、
前記弁体移動方向規制部材は、前記弁座の一部を構成する部材であって、前記弁体を前記弁座に向けて移動させるときに前記弁体に押されて撓むリップ部を備え、
前記リップ部が撓むときに前記リップ部に発生する反力は、前記スプリングが前記弁体を前記ストッパ方向へ付勢する力よりも大きいこと、
を特徴とする流量制御弁。 - 請求項1の流量制御弁において、
前記弁体移動方向規制部材により前記弁体の回転を止めた回転停止時に、前記偏心軸は、前記回転軸の中心軸を通り前記弁体の径方向に平行な水平線に対して前記弁座側とは反対側にある第1位置に配置され、
前記回転停止時の後、前記弁体移動方向規制部材により前記弁体を前記弁座に向けて移動させて前記弁体が前記ストッパに接したストッパ接触時に、前記偏心軸は、前記水平線に対して前記弁座側にある第2位置に配置されること、
を特徴とする流量制御弁。 - 請求項2の流量制御弁において、
前記回転軸を支持する軸受を有し、
前記軸受に対して前記回転軸が当該回転軸の径方向に相対移動可能な量は、前記偏心軸が前記第1位置と前記第2位置との間を移動するときに前記回転軸が当該回転軸の径方向に移動する量よりも大きいこと、
を特徴とする流量制御弁。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つの流量制御弁において、
前記ストッパは、前記回転軸に一体形成された突起であること、
を特徴とする流量制御弁。
