Claims (4)
- 内部に着座部が設けられた筒体と、該筒体の着座部に着座する円板状部材と、該円板状部材の両側で該円板状部材を支持する一対の支持軸と、該一対の支持軸のうち少なくとも一方を回転駆動する駆動部とを備え、該駆動部による支持軸の回転に伴い、前記円板状部材を前記筒体の軸線方向に対して所定角度をなすように反転させる円板状部材の反転機構において、
前記支持軸が偏心状態で挿通され、ケーシングに回転自在に支持された偏心軸を備え、該偏心軸に偏心状態で挿入された前記各支持軸を前記筒体の軸線方向に移動させる支持軸移動手段を設け、前記円板状部材を前記着座部に対して着座及び離座させる際、前記円板状部材を前記筒体の軸線方向と直交する姿勢で、前記支持軸移動手段による前記各支持軸の移動に伴い、前記筒体の軸線方向に移動させることを特徴とする円板状部材の反転機構。 - 前記支持軸移動手段は、前記支持軸に前記筒体の軸線方向に力を加えるアクチュエータを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円板状部材の反転機構。
- バタフライバルブに装備され、バタフライバルブの弁体の反転操作を行う請求項1又は2に記載の円板状部材の反転機構。
- 流動層装置に装備され、流動層装置の気体分散板の反転操作を行う請求項1又は2に記載の円板状部材の反転機構。
