Abstract

一种陶瓷双闸板进料阀,包括金属制成的两个侧法兰、中间阀体、石墨垫片、O型圈、阀杆、填料函组合、填料压盖、陶瓷阀座、陶瓷环、金属盘状闸板、弹簧座、支撑顶杆、立柱、气动执行机构和内六角螺栓双头螺栓螺母组成。金属盘状闸板和陶瓷环共同组成陶瓷双闸板进料阀的闸板,陶瓷环与陶瓷阀座组成了一对陶瓷密封副;气动执行机构推动阀杆和弹簧座并带动闸板上下移动,完成阀门的开关动作,在闸板的运动过程中,弹簧通过支撑顶杆使闸板紧贴在陶瓷阀座表面,保证密封稳定可靠,同时在闸板直线运动的时候由于摩擦力的作用闸板产生自转,从而具有自研磨和自洁的性能。

技术领域
本发明属于通用机械阀门技术领域,特别是涉及一种陶瓷双闸板进料阀。其结构是执行机构推动阀杆通过弹簧座阀杆连同闸板一起上下移动,实现阀门的开关动作,闸板的密封面借助弹簧的压力与陶瓷阀座紧密贴合,弹簧压力始终使闸板紧密贴合在阀座上。
背景技术
阀门是管路流体输送系统中控制部件,用来改变通路断面和介质流动方向,具有导流、截止、节流、止回、分流或溢流卸压等功能。用于流体控制的阀门,从最简单的截止阀到极为复杂的自控系统中所用的各种阀门,其品种和规格繁多, 阀门的公称通径从极微小的仪表阀大至通径达10m的工业管路用阀。可用于控制水、蒸汽、油品、气体、泥浆、各种腐蚀性介质、 液态金属和放射性流体等各种类型流体地流动 ,阀门的工作压力可以从0.0013MPa到1000MPa 的超高压,工作温度可以c-270℃的超低温到1430℃的高温。
传统的金属闸阀其闸板都是矩形或是刀型结构的,阀座是采用非金属材料,如聚四氟乙烯、各种橡胶等,执行机构推动阀杆连同闸板上下移动,实现阀门的开关动作,阀门的开启扭矩大,也不适应粉料、颗粒、渣水混合物、矿浆料等粒状介质工况,阀门寿命低;目前市场上金属密封的闸阀,但是对阀门的加工精度要求高,介质容易进入到闸板与阀座的密封面之间,造成磨损,阀门的密封失去了保证,难以满足正常生产经营的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改进已有技术的不足,提供一种陶瓷双闸板进料阀,金属闸板是圆盘形设计,执行机构推动闸板上下移动实现阀门的开关动作。闸板的密封面借助弹簧与阀座紧密贴合,弹簧压力始终使闸板紧密贴合在阀座上,又允许阀盘在密封面的垂直方向上有位移,这有助于补偿阀门零件由于膨胀冷缩而引起的形变和多次开关后产生的微量磨损,克服任何背压变化对密封的影响并能防止颗粒介质进入到密封面之间,在阀门的启闭过程中,阀座密封面对闸板在切线方向上的摩擦力之差,使闸板在直线移动的同时产生自转并可以不断剪切与清洁在工艺过程中有可能堆积在阀腔内的介质,从整体上提高阀门的使用寿命。
为实现本发明目的,提供了一种陶瓷双闸板进料阀,其特征在于包括中间金属阀体、与金属阀体两端连接的左右法兰、开设于金属阀体顶端中心的阀杆孔、设置于阀杆孔内阀杆,阀杆顶端连接气动执行机构,底端连接弹簧座,左法兰上开设有阀座孔,阀座孔内装配有陶瓷阀座,所述弹簧座包括与阀座孔位于同一中心轴线的水平管体以及设置有水平管体侧壁中心的竖直连接端,竖直连接端与阀杆底端固接,水平管体中心设置有弹簧、弹簧两端套接于对称的左右支撑顶杆一端,左右支撑顶杆位于水平管体内,水平管体两端插设于对称设置的左右闸板中心的沉头孔内,左闸板包括金属盘状闸板以及嵌于金属盘状闸板密封面的陶瓷环,陶瓷环与陶瓷阀座相互配合,左右支撑顶杆均包括大径段和小径段,小径段套于弹簧一端,大径段压紧于沉头孔内,右支撑顶杆中心开设有通孔,右闸板表面开设有若干个流道孔,中心开设有通孔。
作为优选,陶瓷阀座与阀座孔的接触面上设置有O型圈。
作为优选,左右法兰通过双头螺柱旋接螺母压接于金属阀体上,左右法兰与金属阀体的接触面上设置有石墨垫片。
作为优选,沉头孔与水平管体两端侧壁为间隙配合。
本发明有益效果:总体结构设计简洁明了,其首先是在金属闸板的圆盘形结构设计,驱动装置通过阀杆螺母驱动阀杆连同闸板上下移动,弹簧德尔作用使闸板紧贴在阀座上,有效地阻止介质进入到密封面间,密封稳定可靠,可以实现双向密封,有效克服背压变化对阀门的影响;其次是陶瓷双闸板进料阀的密封副是采用结构陶瓷材料,即陶瓷环和陶瓷阀座,陶瓷环与陶瓷阀座经过配套研磨抛光工艺加工后密封更可靠,由于陶瓷材料还具有自润滑性能,摩擦系数小,阀门启闭扭矩小。三在阀门的启闭过程中,阀座密封面对闸板在切线方向上的摩擦力之差,使闸板在直线移动的同时产生自转并可以不断剪切与清洁在工艺过程中有可能堆积在阀腔内的介质,从整体上提高阀门的使用寿命。
因此,本发明能够满足使用现场的技术要求,特别适用于各种粉料、颗粒、渣水混合物、矿浆料等粒状介质工况中,阀门的使用寿命高,能够保证生产经营企业的安全稳定运行,获得良好的经济效益。

实施例1:一种陶瓷双闸板进料阀,包括中间金属阀体1、与金属阀体1两端连接的左右法兰(2、3)、开设于金属阀体1顶端中心的阀杆孔4、设置于阀杆孔4内阀杆5,阀杆5顶端连接气动执行机构6,底端连接弹簧座7,左法兰2上开设有阀座孔,阀座孔内装配有陶瓷阀座8,所述弹簧座7包括与阀座孔位于同一中心轴线的水平管体7.1以及设置于水平管体7.1侧壁中心的竖直连接端7.2,竖直连接端7.2与阀杆5底端固接,水平管体7.1中心设置有弹簧9、弹簧9两端套接于对称的左右支撑顶杆(10、11)一端,左右支撑顶杆(10、11)位于水平管体7.1内,水平管体7.1两端插设于对称设置的左右闸板(12、13)中心的沉头孔内,左闸板12包括金属盘状闸板12.1以及嵌于金属盘状闸板12.1密封面的陶瓷环12.2,陶瓷环12.2与陶瓷阀座8相互配合,左右支撑顶杆(10、11)均包括大径段和小径段,小径段套于弹簧9一端,大径段压紧于沉头孔内,右支撑顶杆11中心开设有通孔11.1,右闸板13表面开设有若干个流道孔13.1,中心开设有通孔。陶瓷阀座8与阀座孔的接触面上设置有O型圈14。左右法兰(2、3)通过双头螺柱15旋接螺母16压接于金属阀体1上,左右法兰(2、3)与金属阀体1的接触面上设置有石墨垫片17。沉头孔与水平管体7.1两端侧壁为间隙配合。

1.一种陶瓷双闸板进料阀,其特征在于包括中间金属阀体、与金属阀体两端连接的左右法兰、开设于金属阀体顶端中心的阀杆孔、设置于阀杆孔内阀杆,阀杆顶端连接气动执行机构,底端连接弹簧座,左法兰上开设有阀座孔,阀座孔内装配有陶瓷阀座,所述弹簧座包括与阀座孔位于同一中心轴线的水平管体以及设置有水平管体侧壁中心的竖直连接端,竖直连接端与阀杆底端固接,水平管体中心设置有弹簧、弹簧两端套接于对称的左右支撑顶杆一端,左右支撑顶杆位于水平管体内,水平管体两端插设于对称设置的左右闸板中心的沉头孔内,左闸板包括金属盘状闸板以及嵌于金属盘状闸板密封面的陶瓷环,陶瓷环与陶瓷阀座相互配合,左右支撑顶杆均包括大径段和小径段,小径段套于弹簧一端,大径段压紧于沉头孔内,右支撑顶杆中心开设有通孔,右闸板表面开设有若干个流道孔,中心开设有通孔,陶瓷阀座与阀座孔的接触面上设置有O型圈,左右法兰通过双头螺柱旋接螺母压接于金属阀体上,左右法兰与金属阀体的接触面上设置有石墨垫片。
