- 根据权利要求1所述的自补偿密封旋锥阀芯,所述阀套由芯盖和连接于芯盖下方的芯座组成,所述芯盖上部开设有轴向通孔,所述轴向通孔下部具有扩孔,所述扩孔孔径大于芯轴锥台上台面直径以使锥面和锥台的密封面磨损后芯轴自动上移,所述芯盖下部设有矩形凸块;所述芯座沿轴向开设有与轴向通孔同轴心的圆锥通孔,所述出水口开设于芯座侧壁,所述芯座上端面还开设有与矩形凸块相配合的矩形凹槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自补偿密封旋锥阀芯,所述芯轴为一刚性整件,芯轴穿出阀套的螺杆部依次套有限位片和弹簧垫圈并经螺母与阀套实现旋转定位。
- 根据权利要求2所述的自补偿密封旋锥阀芯,所述芯座由塑胶制成以形成与芯轴锥台的软密封,或芯座由刚性材料制成以形成与芯轴锥台的硬密封。
- 一种直通阀,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1、2、3或4所述的旋锥阀芯和设置于旋锥阀芯外部的阀体,所述阀体具有进口、出口及竖向安装孔,所述旋锥阀芯成套装配于竖向安装孔内以使阀体进口经旋锥阀芯进口凹腔和出水口与阀体出口相连通。
