本发明及一种阀芯,尤其涉及一种可自补偿密封旋锥阀芯及成套装配阀。
背景技术
现有的工业用阀芯或常用阀芯普遍存在或多或少的缺陷,例如最常用的球阀阀芯,由于其工作原理和构造决定了其在关闭状态时势必会造成流体滞留在阀芯阀体的腔室内造成卫生或安全隐患;当球阀运用于饮用水系统时,滞留水影响人体健康;另一方面,由于球体和密封副在使用过程中会不断磨损,球阀密封性能会不断降低,从而减少其使用寿命;而且阀体或阀芯一旦损坏,整个球阀就必须从管路中移出进行更换维修,造成输送系统维护成本升高。为此需要一种新的阀芯结构。
发明内容
为解决现有阀门的缺陷问题,本发明提供一种自补偿密封旋锥阀芯,该阀芯结构简单,成套加工、安装及维护方便,可实现自密封及磨损自动补偿。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种自补偿密封旋锥阀芯,包括阀套,所述阀套的上部具有轴向通孔,阀套下部腔室内具有与轴向通孔同轴心的锥面,所述阀套内设置有自下而上穿出轴向通孔的芯轴,所述芯轴下部具有与锥面贴紧配合的锥台,所述锥台内开设有进口凹腔,所述进口凹腔的侧壁开设有与阀套下部侧壁出水口相连通的通孔,所述芯轴穿出阀套的螺杆部经螺母锁紧以实现与阀套的预紧密封及旋转定位。
进一步的,所述阀套由芯盖和连接于芯盖下方的芯座组成,所述芯盖上部开设有轴向通孔,所述轴向通孔下部具有扩孔,所述扩孔孔径大于芯轴锥台上台面直径以使锥面和锥台的密封面磨损后芯轴自动上移,所述芯盖下部设有矩形凸块;所述芯座沿轴向开设有与轴向通孔同轴心的圆锥通孔,所述出水口开设于芯座侧壁,所述芯座上端面还开设有与芯盖的矩形凸块相配合的矩形凹槽。
进一步的,所述芯轴为一刚性整件,芯轴穿出阀套的螺杆部依次套有限位片和弹簧垫圈并经螺母锁紧与阀套实现旋转定位。

与现有技术相比较,本发明具有以下优点:(1)该阀芯不仅结构简单,加工工艺简便,而且成套装配容易,使用寿命长;(2)该阀芯的芯轴和芯座采用锥面配合密封,使用过程中当密封面磨损后,弹簧垫圈的预紧力和流体压力使得芯轴自动上移从而实现磨损自动补偿;(3)密封性能好,芯轴和芯座在使用过程中的相互摩擦使得二者的贴合面更光滑,且在预紧力和流体压力的的作用下实现自密封,具有越磨损密封性能越好的特性;(4)该阀芯运用面广,可像水龙头阀芯一样加工并成套组装成不同的规格型号,并可成套装配在各种类型的阀体上;(5)该阀芯与阀体装配成阀,关闭状态下阀内无任何流体滞留腔隙,消除了卫生及安全隐患;(6)依阀座材质可形成软密封和硬密封形式,适用于从低温到高温,从低压到高压的各种环境条件,其性能优于球阀。

参考图3一种直通阀,包括旋锥阀芯8和设置于旋锥阀芯外部的阀体7,所述阀体具有进口71、出口72及与进口的上拐腔室73相连通的竖向安装孔,所述旋锥阀芯成套装配于竖向安装孔内以使阀体进口经旋锥阀芯进口凹腔31和出水口21与阀体出口相连通。流体由阀体进口流入,经旋锥阀芯底部凹腔及侧面出水口后由阀体出口流出。
参考图4一种角阀,包括旋锥阀芯8和阀体7,所述阀体具有进口71和拐角90°拐向下侧的出口72及横向开设的安装孔,所述旋锥阀芯成套装配于安装孔内,且旋锥阀芯的出水口朝向阀体出口。
参考图5一种直流阀,包括旋锥阀芯8和阀体7,所述阀体具有直线形的进出口通道74,阀体上开设有与进出口通道相连通的斜向安装孔,所述旋锥阀芯成套装配于斜向安装孔内,旋锥阀芯出水口21与阀体进出口通道位于同一轴心线上。
参考图6一种水龙头,包括旋锥阀芯8和阀体7,所述阀体具有进口71和出口72及与进口的上拐腔室73及出口相连通的竖向安装孔,所述旋锥阀芯成套装配于竖向安装孔内。
本发明在一较佳实施例中,还可以将该旋锥阀芯运用于其他阀,例如三通阀。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,根据本发明的教导,设计出不同形式的阀芯及其配套的阀并不需要创造性的劳动,在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化、修改、替换和变型,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种自补偿密封旋锥阀芯,包括阀套,其特征在于,所述阀套的上部具有轴向通孔,阀套下部腔室内具有与轴向通孔同轴心的锥面,所述阀套内设置有自下而上穿出轴向通孔的芯轴,所述芯轴下部具有与锥面贴紧配合的锥台,所述锥台内开设有进口凹腔,所述进口凹腔的侧壁开设有与阀套下部侧壁出水口相连通的通孔,所述芯轴穿出阀套的螺杆部经螺母锁紧以实现与阀套的预紧密封及旋转定位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自补偿密封旋锥阀芯,所述阀套由芯盖和连接于芯盖下方的芯座组成,所述芯盖上部开设有轴向通孔,所述轴向通孔下部具有扩孔,所述扩孔孔径大于芯轴锥台上台面直径以使锥面和锥台的密封面磨损后芯轴自动上移,所述芯盖下部设有矩形凸块;所述芯座沿轴向开设有与轴向通孔同轴心的圆锥通孔,所述出水口开设于芯座侧壁,所述芯座上端面还开设有与矩形凸块相配合的矩形凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自补偿密封旋锥阀芯,所述芯轴为一刚性整件,芯轴穿出阀套的螺杆部依次套有限位片和弹簧垫圈并经螺母与阀套实现旋转定位。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的自补偿密封旋锥阀芯,所述芯座由塑胶制成以形成与芯轴锥台的软密封,或芯座由刚性材料制成以形成与芯轴锥台的硬密封。
  5. 一种直通阀,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1、2、3或4所述的旋锥阀芯和设置于旋锥阀芯外部的阀体,所述阀体具有进口、出口及竖向安装孔,所述旋锥阀芯成套装配于竖向安装孔内以使阀体进口经旋锥阀芯进口凹腔和出水口与阀体出口相连通。
  6. 一种角阀,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1、2、3或4所述的旋锥阀芯和阀体,所述阀体具有进口和拐角90°拐向下侧的出口及横向开设的安装孔,所述旋锥阀芯成套装配于安装孔内,且旋锥阀芯的出水口朝向阀体出口。
  7. 一种直流阀,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1、2、3或4所述的旋锥阀芯和阀体,所述阀体具有直线形的进出口通道,阀体上开设有与进出口通道相连通的斜向安装孔,所述旋锥阀芯成套装配于斜向安装孔内,旋锥阀芯出水口与阀体进出口通道位于同一轴心线上。
  8. 一种水龙头,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1、2、3或4所述的旋锥阀芯和阀体,所述阀体具有进口和出口及与进出口相连通的竖向安装孔,所述旋锥阀芯成套装配于竖向安装孔内。
