一种石子煤粉专用阀,包括金属阀体、连接与金属阀体两端的左右法兰、开设于左法兰上阀座孔、安装于阀座孔的阀座,金属阀体顶端侧壁中心设置有阀杆孔,阀杆孔内设置有阀杆,阀杆顶端连接气动执行机构,阀杆底端连接弹簧座,弹簧座包括水平管体、设置于水平管体侧壁中心的竖直螺杆,螺杆与阀杆底端螺孔旋接,水平管体内设置弹簧、套设于弹簧两端的左右支撑顶杆,水平管体插设于盘状闸板中心开设的沉头孔内,左支撑顶杆压紧于沉头孔底面,盘状闸板于阀座相互配合,水平管体右端插设于连接套内,阀门的使用寿命高,能够保证生产经营企业的安全稳定运行,获得良好的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于通用机械阀门技术领域,特别是涉及使用介质是石子煤粉一种专用阀门。
背景技术
阀门是管路流体输送系统中控制部件,用来改变通路断面和介质流动方向,具有导流、截止、节流、止回、分流或溢流卸压等功能,应用非常广泛。传统的阀门通用性强,但是产成品种类很多,其生产工艺是千变万化的,通用阀门的在适用上受到很大的限制。本发明主要是用于介质是石子、煤粉的一种专用阀门,它针对介质的特殊性对阀门进行了重新的优化设计,从材料到结构都有所突破。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改进已有技术的不足,提供一种介质是石子煤粉专用阀,金属闸板是圆盘形设计,与阀座的材质均是碳化钨合金,执行机构推动闸板上下移动实现阀门的开关动作。闸板的密封面借助弹簧与阀座紧密贴合,弹簧压力始终使闸板紧密贴合在阀座上,又允许阀盘在密封面的垂直方向上有位移,这有助于补偿阀门零件由于膨胀冷缩而引起的形变和多次开关后产生的微量磨损,克服任何背压变化对密封的影响并能防止颗粒介质进入到密封面之间,在阀门的启闭过程中,阀座密封面对闸板在切线方向上的摩擦力之差,使闸板在直线移动的同时产生自转并可以不断剪切与清洁在工艺过程中有可能堆积在阀腔内的介质,从整体上提高阀门的使用寿命。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案: 一种石子煤粉专用阀,其特征在于包括金属阀体、连接与金属阀体两端的左右法兰、开设于左法兰上阀座孔、安装于阀座孔的阀座,金属阀体顶端侧壁中心设置有阀杆孔,阀杆孔内设置有阀杆,阀杆顶端连接气动执行机构,阀杆底端连接弹簧座,弹簧座包括水平管体、设置于水平管体侧壁中心的竖直螺杆,螺杆与阀杆底端螺孔旋接,水平管体内设置弹簧、套设于弹簧两端的左右支撑顶杆,水平管体插设于盘状闸板中心开设的沉头孔内,左支撑顶杆压紧于沉头孔底面,盘状闸板于阀座相互配合,水平管体右端插设于连接套内。
作为优选,阀杆孔顶端连接密封套,密封套与气动执行机构底端密封连接,阀杆与密封套之间设置有自动补偿填料函组件,自动补偿填料函组件包括垫片、弹簧、填料垫片以及填料函。可以补偿在工作中阀杆和填料的轻微磨损。
作为优选,阀座和盘状闸板是由碳化钨合金材质制成。
作为优选,右法兰上开设有人工检查口,人工检查口上设置有盖板。可以在线随时观察介质在阀腔内的工作状态。
作为优选,金属阀体上开设有吹扫孔,吹扫孔内设置有堵头。不需要将阀门从管道上拆卸下来即可以用压缩空气吹扫阀腔,实现在线维护。
作为优选,右法兰阀孔最低点与金属阀体阀腔最低点齐平,构成导渣口。阀腔不存渣。
本发明有益效果:总体结构设计简洁明了,其首先是在侧法兰上设计加工有人工检查口,可以在线随时观察介质在阀腔内的工作状态;其次在阀体上设计加工有吹扫孔,不需要将阀门从管道上拆卸下来即可以用压缩空气吹扫阀腔,轻松实现在线维护。三执行机构的活塞杆和阀杆全部密封在阀门内部,不暴露,不受恶劣工况的影响。四是填料函设计了自动补偿填料密封,可以补偿在工作中阀杆和填料的轻微磨损。五是,在阀门的出口端设计了导渣口,阀腔内部不存渣。
因此,本发明能够满足使用现场的技术要求,能够轻松的实现在线检查和在线维护,特别适用于石子煤粉等粒状介质工况中,阀门的使用寿命高,能够保证生产经营企业的安全稳定运行,获得良好的经济效益。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种石子煤粉专用阀,包括金属阀体1、连接与金属阀体1两端的左右法兰(2、3)、开设于左法兰2上阀座孔2.1、安装于阀座孔2.1的阀座4,金属阀体1顶端侧壁中心设置有阀杆孔1.1,阀杆孔1.1内设置有阀杆5,阀杆5顶端连接气动执行机构6,阀杆5底端连接弹簧座7,弹簧座7包括水平管体7.1、设置于水平管体7.1侧壁中心的竖直螺杆7.2,螺杆7.2与阀杆5底端螺孔旋接,水平管体7.1内设置弹簧8、套设于弹簧8两端的左右支撑顶杆(9、10),水平管体7.1插设于盘状闸板11中心开设的沉头孔内,左支撑顶杆9压紧于沉头孔底面,盘状闸板11于阀座4相互配合,水平管体7.1右端插设于连接套12内。阀杆孔1.1顶端连接密封套13,密封套13与气动执行机构6底端密封连接,阀杆5与密封套13之间设置有自动补偿填料函组件14,自动补偿填料函组件14包括垫片14.1、弹簧14.2、填料垫片14.3以及填料函14.4。阀座4和盘状闸板11是由碳化钨合金材质制成。右法兰3上开设有人工检查口3.1,人工检查口3.1上设置有盖板3.2。金属阀体1上开设有吹扫孔1.2,吹扫孔1.2内设置有堵头1.3。右法兰3阀孔3.3最低点与金属阀体1阀腔最低点齐平,构成导渣口。

1.一种石子煤粉专用阀,其特征在于包括金属阀体、连接与金属阀体两端的左右法兰、开设于左法兰上阀座孔、安装于阀座孔的阀座,金属阀体顶端侧壁中心设置有阀杆孔,阀杆孔内设置有阀杆,阀杆顶端连接气动执行机构,阀杆底端连接弹簧座,弹簧座包括水平管体、设置于水平管体侧壁中心的竖直螺杆,螺杆与阀杆底端螺孔旋接,水平管体内设置弹簧、套设于弹簧两端的左右支撑顶杆,水平管体插设于盘状闸板中心开设的沉头孔内,左支撑顶杆压紧于沉头孔底面,盘状闸板于阀座相互配合,水平管体右端插设于连接套内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石子煤粉专用阀,其特征在于阀杆孔顶端连接密封套,密封套与气动执行机构底端密封连接,阀杆与密封套之间设置有自动补偿填料函组件,自动补偿填料函组件包括垫片、弹簧、填料垫片以及填料函。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石子煤粉专用阀,其特征在于阀座和盘状闸板是由碳化钨合金材质制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石子煤粉专用阀,其特征在于右法兰上开设有人工检查口,人工检查口上设置有盖板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种石子煤粉专用阀,其特征在于金属阀体上开设有吹扫孔,吹扫孔内设置有堵头。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种石子煤粉专用阀,其特征在于右法兰阀孔最低点与金属阀体阀腔最低点齐平,构成导渣口。
