Description
技术领域
本发明属于通用机械阀门技术领域,特别是涉及一种双偏心陶瓷半球阀。其结构采用偏心契紧原理通过传动机构达到闸紧、调节、关闭的目的。
背景技术
阀门是管路流体输送系统中控制部件,用来改变通路断面和介质流动方向,具有导流、截止、节流、止回、分流或溢流卸压等功能。用于流体控制的阀门,从最简单的截止阀到极为复杂的自控系统中所用的各种阀门,其品种和规格繁多,
阀门的公称通径从极微小的仪表阀大至通径达10m的工业管路用阀。可用于控制水、蒸汽、油品、气体、泥浆、各种腐蚀性介质、
液态金属和放射性流体等各种类型流体地流动 ,阀门的工作压力可以从0.0013MPa到1000MPa 的超高压,工作温度可以c-270℃的超低温到1430℃的高温。半球阀,是为解决溶液及矿浆等两相混合流介质输送的技术难题而研发的是一种新型阀门。陶瓷双偏心半球阀利用偏心阀体,偏心球体和陶瓷球芯,陶瓷阀座,阀杆作旋转运动时在共同轨迹自动定心,阀门越关越紧,完全达到良好的密封目的。开启后,阀门的陶瓷球芯和陶瓷阀座完全脱离,消除了密封副的磨损,克服了传统球阀阀座和球体始终接触的,消除了密封副的磨损。双偏心陶瓷半球阀的研发成功,为化工,石油,燃气,冶金,电子等工业部门溶液工艺流程中为易沉淀,结垢,析出而影响流程的困境中提供了可靠的控制阀门,为提高我国工业管理装备水平提供了新型优异产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改进已有技术的不足,提供一种双偏心陶瓷半球阀,其金属阀体和金属球体采用偏心设计,阀杆作旋转运动时在共同轨迹自动定心,阀门越关越紧,完全达到良好的密封目的。同时密封副采用陶瓷材料。双偏心结构在开启时陶瓷球芯位于藏球室内,流通截面大,且阀门不被冲刷,关闭时陶瓷球芯不被冲刷,开启时阀芯球面沿阀座渐进,有效地切除结垢障碍,实现可靠密封。使陶瓷半球阀使用更安全,提高了阀门的使用寿命。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种双偏心陶瓷半球阀,其特征在于包括金属阀体、对应开设于金属阀体上下端的阀杆端口和短轴端口,短轴端口设置有端盖,短轴端口内设置有下短轴,阀杆端口内设置有阀杆,阀体内设置有偏心球冠型陶瓷球芯,偏心球冠型陶瓷球芯包括球冠型金属球架以及安装于球冠型金属球架弧形端的弧形陶瓷块,球冠型金属球架另一端开设有不闭合的流道,球冠型金属球架上端连接阀杆底端,下端连接下短轴上端,金属阀体右端安装有陶瓷阀座固定环,陶瓷阀座固定环上安装有陶瓷阀座,陶瓷阀座内表面曲面与弧形陶瓷块表面曲面相互配合。
作为优选,阀杆端口和短轴端口相对阀体偏心开设。
作为优选,偏心球冠型陶瓷球芯的弧形陶瓷块相对于阀杆偏心设置。
作为优选,陶瓷阀座固定在陶瓷阀座固定环里,两者之间有涂层材料。
作为优选,端盖与短轴端口的连接面设置有石墨垫片。
作为优选,陶瓷阀座固定环与阀体右端的连接面设置有石墨垫片。
作为优选,下短轴与短轴端口的水平接触面设置有石墨垫层。
为了进一步实现本发明的目的,其密封副是由陶瓷材料组成的,即弧形陶瓷块和陶瓷阀座,弧形陶瓷块与陶瓷阀座经过研磨抛光工艺加工后密封更可靠。
本发明有益效果:总体结构设计简洁明了,其首先是金属阀体和金属球体都采用了偏心结构设计,利用偏心阀体,偏心球体和陶瓷球芯,陶瓷阀座,阀杆作旋转运动时在共同轨迹自动定心,阀门越关越紧,完全达到良好的密封目的。同时本发明,其阀门的密封副采用陶瓷材料,由于陶瓷材料还具有自润滑性能,摩擦系数小,阀门启闭扭矩小。双偏心结构的陶瓷半球阀在开启时陶瓷球芯位于藏球室内,阀门的流通截面大,且阀门不被冲刷,关闭时陶瓷球芯不被冲刷,开启时阀芯球面沿阀座渐进,有效地切除结垢障碍,实现可靠密封。陶瓷阀座固定在陶瓷阀座固定环中,两者之间有涂层材料,便于实现阀门的快速维护。
因此,本发明能够满足使用现场的技术要求,特别适用于钢铁业,铝业,纤维,微小固体颗粒,纸浆,煤灰,石油气等介质,能够实现快速安装和快速维护,阀门的使用寿命得以大幅提高,能够保证生产经营企业的安全稳定运行,获得良好的经济效益。

实施例1:一种双偏心陶瓷半球阀,包括金属阀体1、对应开设于金属阀体1上下端的阀杆端口2和短轴端口3,短轴端口3设置有端盖4,短轴端口3内设置有下短轴5,阀杆端口2内设置有阀杆6,阀体1内设置有偏心球冠型陶瓷球芯7,偏心球冠型陶瓷球芯7包括球冠型金属球架7.1以及安装于球冠型金属球架7.1弧形端的弧形陶瓷块7.2,球冠型金属球架7.1另一端开设有不闭合的流道,球冠型金属球架7.1上端连接阀杆6底端,下端连接下短轴5上端,金属阀体1右端安装有陶瓷阀座固定环8,陶瓷阀座固定环8上安装有陶瓷阀座9,陶瓷阀座9内表面曲面与弧形陶瓷块7.2表面曲面相互配合。阀杆6端口和短轴端口3相对阀体1偏心开设。偏心球冠型陶瓷球芯7的弧形陶瓷块7相对于阀杆6偏心设置。陶瓷阀座9固定在陶瓷阀座固定环8里,两者之间有涂层材料10。端盖4与短轴端口3的连接面设置有石墨垫片11。陶瓷阀座固定环8与阀体1右端的连接面设置有石墨垫片11。下短轴5与短轴端口3的水平接触面设置有石墨垫层11。弧形陶瓷块7.2水平面设置有凹槽7.2.1,与球冠型金属球架7.1弧形端对应设置的凸块7.1.1配接。

1.一种双偏心陶瓷半球阀,其特征在于包括金属阀体、对应开设于金属阀体上下端的阀杆端口和短轴端口,短轴端口设置有端盖,短轴端口内设置有下短轴,阀杆端口内设置有阀杆,阀体内设置有偏心球冠型陶瓷球芯,偏心球冠型陶瓷球芯包括球冠型金属球架以及安装于球冠型金属球架弧形端的弧形陶瓷块,球冠型金属球架另一端开设有不闭合的流道,球冠型金属球架上端连接阀杆底端,下端连接下短轴上端,金属阀体右端安装有陶瓷阀座固定环,陶瓷阀座固定环上安装有陶瓷阀座,陶瓷阀座内表面曲面与弧形陶瓷块表面曲面相互配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双偏心陶瓷半球阀,其特征在于阀杆端口和短轴端口相对阀体偏心开设。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双偏心陶瓷半球阀,其特征在于偏心球冠型陶瓷球芯的弧形陶瓷块相对于阀杆偏心设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双偏心陶瓷半球阀,其特征在于陶瓷阀座固定在陶瓷阀座固定环里,两者之间有涂层材料。
