Abstract
一种节流型陶瓷截止阀，它由阀体、阀瓣、阀座和传动机构组成，其特征在于密封部位和节流部位采用高耐磨陶瓷环。该阀门既可以实现截止阀的密封功能，又能实现节流阀的调节功能。阀门安装的陶瓷密封副以及陶瓷节流元件具有轻磨损，耐腐蚀，密封严等性能，延长阀门使用寿命。特别适用于矿山、冶金、电力、化工、石油等行业介质的输送管道中。
Description
技术领域：
本发明涉及一种阀门，一种用于节流的陶瓷截止阀。
背景技术：
目前，石油、天然气工业中所使用的节流截止阀基本上都是针型阀，当阀门处于高压节流状态时，高速流体直接冲刷密封面，使阀门很快失效。近年来也有一些阀门采用改变密封面形状或材料的方法来提高其耐冲刷能力，但是这些截止阀的密封面仍然是节流件，当阀门处于高压节流状态时，其密封面仍然会受到高速流体间接或直接冲刷、磨损。因此这些截止阀也不能长期使用在节流状态下。中国专利CN 2032669介绍了一种防腐蚀高压截止阀，它是在进口流道孔中镶嵌一个金属短节作为阀座，该金属短节一端与透镜垫焊接相连，另一端为带凸形止口的平面，阀芯的密封面为内凹的平面，该种截止阀仍不能避免流体冲刷密封面。
发明内容：
本发明目的在于提供一种陶瓷密封的双功能节流截止阀，高硬度的陶瓷材料可长时间经受流体的直接冲刷及腐蚀，从而提高了阀门的使用寿命
本节流型陶瓷截止阀门抗冲刷、抗磨损，它由阀体、阀瓣、阀座和传动机构组成，它的工作原理为：当传动机构带动阀瓣向上运动时，阀瓣密封面与阀座密封面脱离，阀门趋于开启，介质即从阀门进口进入阀腔从阀门出口流出，阀瓣与阀座之间打开的空间大小决定了介质的流量，阀瓣的阀芯形状为锥面，阀瓣开启越大，介质流量越大。当阀门全部开启时，介质流量达到最大。当传动机构带动阀瓣向下运动时，阀瓣密封面与阀座密封面逐步贴合，阀瓣与阀座打开的空间越小介质流量越小，阀门越趋于关闭。阀瓣与阀座密
封面完全贴合时，阀门处于全关闭状态，流体介质被截断无法从阀门通过。
阀门密封面上的比压除阀杆关闭力外，还有作用在阀瓣上的流体介质压力，使阀门密封性能得到增强，也更可靠。密封部位和节流部位采用的高耐磨陶瓷环设计，提高了阀门耐冲刷能力。阀体内衬有超高分子量复合涂料，超大的分子量使涂层具有了较高的硬度，在防止酸、碱、盐腐蚀的同时提高了涂层的抗冲刷性和抗磨损性。
本节流型陶瓷截止阀门的优点在于阀门同时具备截断以及调节两种功能，并且密封副采用了耐磨性能极高的结构陶瓷材料，阀体还内衬有超高分子量复合涂料，使得阀门在具有良好的密封性能的同时，耐冲刷能力，耐磨损能力都得到了进一步的加强，安全可靠，结构简单，易加工，使用寿命更强。

具体实施方式：
以公称通径DN150，公称压力PN900Lb的本实用新型为实施例。
将本实用新型用于用于中海油输油管线上，将阀体1进出口法兰分别安装在流体的输送管道中。阀门的阀座密封圈3和阀瓣密封圈4均采用结构陶瓷材料，阀芯前部安装耐磨调节元件，阀体内腔8不喷涂陶瓷涂层。
本实用新型(参见图1)按照手动装置上的箭头方向顺时针旋转传动机构7的手轮，由阀杆5带动阀瓣2向下移动，阀门趋于关闭，流量减小；反向旋转，由阀杆5带动阀瓣2向上移动，阀门趋于开启，介质流量增大。当阀瓣2移动到顶部介质流量最大，移动到底部阀门完全关闭。
本实用新型采用了陶瓷密封，且在阀体内部易冲刷、易腐蚀部位覆有保护陶瓷，使得本发明具有抗磨损、耐腐蚀、密封严、自洁性能好、调节性能优等特点，使用寿命得到极大的提高。

1.一种节流型陶瓷截止阀，它由阀体、阀瓣、阀座和传动机构组成，其特征在于密封部位和节流部位采用高耐磨陶瓷环。
2.根据权利要求1所述节流型陶瓷截止阀，其特征在于密封部位和节流部位是阀瓣密封面与阀座密封面。
