本发明涉及进行蝶阀的阀芯、流动层装置的气体分散板等的圆板状构件的反转操作的反转机构。
背景技术
例如,众所周知,蝶阀通过使对圆板状的阀芯进行支承的支承轴旋转而进行流通路的开闭和流量的调整。
在普通的蝶阀中,为了提高阀的关闭时的密封性,通常设置橡胶制的阀门座作为阀座。然而,在进行阀的开闭时,阀芯向阀门座滑动,因此阀门座发生磨损,磨损粉作为杂质而可能会混入流通物。而且,在大径的阀的情况下,由阀芯与阀门座之间的滑动引起的负载增大,阀的开闭动作可能变得不稳定。
作为对这种问题有效的蝶阀,考虑通过使支承阀芯的阀轴倾斜而使阀芯与阀座分离,并通过阀轴使该状态下的阀芯旋转(参照专利文献1~3)。若为该结构,则能够抑制阀芯与阀座之间的滑动。
另外,在流动层容器内使粉粒体浮游流动而形成流动层并进行造粒、涂层、干燥等处理的流动层装置中,在流动层容器的底部配置由多孔板构成的圆板状的气体分散板(也称为筛板),经由气体分散板而向流动层容器内导入流动化气体。考虑到对流动层容器内进行清洗时的便利性和清洗性,有时设置使气体分散板反转的机构(参照专利文献4)。

发明要解决的问题
然而,在上述结构的蝶阀中,在阀轴的密封部周边,根据阀轴的倾斜度、旋转位置而向阀内部空间露出的阀轴的外周面的区域不同。因此,当以一定状态进行阀的清洗时,在阀轴的外周面的密封部周边,产生尽管在另一状态下向阀内部空间露出但在该状态下不露出而隐藏在密封部内的未被清洗的区域。换言之,上述结构的蝶阀的清洗性并不良好。而且,在进行阀芯的反转时,无法充分地抑制阀芯与阀座之间的滑动。
上述的问题并不局限于蝶阀中的阀芯的反转机构,在流动层装置中的气体分散板的反转机构中也会产生。
发明内容
本发明鉴于上述情况,其课题在于抑制蝶阀的阀芯、流动层装置的气体分散板等圆板状构件与供上述圆板状构件落座的落座部之间的滑动,并提高清洗性。
用于解决问题的方法
用于解决所述问题的本发明提供一种圆板状构件的反转机构,其具备:在内部设有落座部的筒体;落座于筒体的落座部的圆板状构件;在圆板状构件的两侧对圆板状构件进行支承的一对支承轴;和驱动一对支承轴中的至少一方旋转的驱动部,伴随着由驱动部产生的支承轴的旋转,而使圆板状构件以与筒体的轴线方向呈规定角度的方式反转,其中,圆板状构件的反转机构设有使各支承轴沿着筒体的轴线方向移动的支承轴移动机构,当使圆板状构件相对于落座部进行落座及离座时,使圆板状构件以与筒体的轴线方向正交的姿势,伴随着由支承轴移动机构产生的各支承轴的移动,而沿着筒体的轴线方向移动。
在上述结构中,支承轴移动机构可以具备:由壳体支承为旋转自如且使支承轴以偏心状态穿过的偏心轴;和对以偏心状态插入偏心轴的支承轴沿着筒体的轴线方向施力的致动器。
本发明的反转机构优选在蝶阀中作为进行阀芯的反转操作的机构。
另外,本发明的反转机构也优选在流动层装置中作为进行气体分散板的反转操作的机构。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够抑制圆板状构件与落座部之间的滑动并提高清洗性。

以下,基于附图对用于实施本发明的方式进行说明。
图1表示具备本发明的实施方式的反转机构的蝶阀的中立状态的纵向剖视图。而且,图2B示出图1的X-X线的向视剖视图。在本实施方式中,该蝶阀被用作收容粉体或流体(在该实施方式中为粉体)的容器的开闭阀。
该蝶阀以壳体1、阀芯2、一对支承轴3和4、构成一对支承轴移动机构的偏心轴5和6、致动器例如气缸7和8、联轴部9、驱动轴10、及驱动源11为主要的结构要素。

一对偏心轴5、6以互为同轴的方式配设在主壳体1a的直径方向的两侧。偏心轴5经由径向轴承17而旋转自如地配设于贯通孔15,偏心轴6经由径向轴承18而旋转自如地配设于贯通孔16,该贯通孔15、16设置在主壳体1a的大径部12上。在偏心轴5设有贯通孔5a,该贯通孔5a的中心轴相对于偏心轴5的轴心而平行地偏心,在偏心轴6设有贯通孔6a,该贯通孔6a的中心轴相对于偏心轴6的轴心而平行地偏心。偏心轴5的轴心和贯通孔5a的中心轴之间的距离与偏心轴6的轴心和贯通孔6a的中心轴之间的距离相同。支承轴3经由径向轴承19而旋转自如地穿过贯通孔5a,支承轴4经由径向轴承20而旋转自如地穿过贯通孔6a。

在主壳体1a的两侧,相对于支承轴3、4经由径向轴承25、26而配设有一对气缸7、8。气缸7对支承轴3沿铅垂方向向上及向下施力而使其移动,气缸8对支承轴4沿铅垂方向向上及向下施力而使其移动。在进行该施力时,支承轴移动机构以容许支承轴3向水平方向进行平行移动的方式构成,且支承轴移动机构以容许支承轴4向水平方向进行平行移动的方式构成。一对支承轴移动机构以对支承轴3、4施力的方向、大小彼此相同的方式构成。
在图1的图示例中,构成一对支承轴移动机构的致动器是配设在径向轴承25、26的上侧和下侧的一对气缸7、8。上下一对气缸7、8的基端固定于主壳体1a。上下一对气缸7、8的活塞杆的前端沿着水平方向滑动自如地与径向轴承25、26抵接,根据该结构而能够容许上述的支承轴3、4的向水平方向的平行移动。而且,上下一对气缸7、8联动。例如,随着下侧的气缸的伸长而使上侧的气缸收缩,随着上侧的气缸的伸长而使下侧的气缸收缩。
在图1的状态下,驱动轴10经由联轴部9而能够对支承轴3进行旋转及限制旋转,支承轴3与驱动轴10互为同轴。驱动轴10被驱动源11旋转及限制旋转。驱动源11例如是摆动电动机(旋转致动器),且固定于副壳体1b。
以下,参照图2对以上的结构的蝶阀的动作进行说明。
图2A是说明蝶阀的动作的示意图,是图1的X-X线向视剖视图,是表示蝶阀的关闭状态的图。图2B是说明蝶阀的动作的示意图,是图1的X-X线的向视剖视图,是表示蝶阀的中立状态的图。图2C是说明蝶阀的动作的示意图,是图1的X-X线的向视剖视图,是表示蝶阀的打开状态的图。
在图2B中,阀芯2的中心轴是与主壳体1a的中心轴同轴的状态,即是铅垂方向。换言之,阀芯2的上表面和下表面为水平,阀芯2是水平姿势。驱动轴10处于被驱动源11限制旋转的状态。需要说明的是,以下,对支承轴3一侧进行说明,但关于支承轴4一侧,支承轴4、偏心轴6、及气缸8分别进行与支承轴3、偏心轴5、及气缸7同样的动作,因此省略说明。
在图2B的状态下,利用气缸7对支承轴3施加铅垂方向向上的力。如此,利用支承轴3使偏心轴5逆时针旋转,并使阀芯2在保持水平姿势不变的状态下进行移动。并且,如图2A所示,阀芯2落座于阀座14。该状态是蝶阀的关闭状态。
详细而言,此时,支承轴3被偏心轴5的贯通孔15引导。因此,支承轴3的轴心沿着偏心轴5的周向进行移动。此时,联轴部9容许支承轴3的相对于驱动轴10的移动。需要说明的是,在图1的图示例中,此时的支承轴3的相对于气缸7的水平方向的移动通过径向轴承25相对于活塞杆的前端进行滑动而被容许。
在图2A所示的状态下,利用气缸7而对支承轴3施加铅垂方向向下的力。如此,利用支承轴3使偏心轴5顺时针旋转,并使阀芯2在保持水平姿势不变的状态下进行移动。并且,成为图2B的状态。此时的详细的动作与上述相同,因此省略说明。
在图2B的状态下,利用驱动源11而驱动着驱动轴10进行顺时针旋转。并且,如图2C所示,驱动源11停止在支承轴3旋转了规定角度例如90°的位置。该状态是蝶阀的打开状态。
在图2C所示的状态下,利用驱动源11而驱动着驱动轴10进行逆时针旋转。如此,支承轴3与阀芯2一起逆时针旋转,成为图2B的状态。在该状态下,驱动源11停止。并且,当通过气缸7对支承轴3施加铅垂方向向上的力时,阀芯2在保持水平姿势不变的状态下进行移动而落座于阀座14。
根据以上的结构和动作,在本实施方式的蝶阀中,能得到以下的效果。
随着由驱动轴10产生的支承轴3的旋转而使离座的状态的阀芯2进行旋转。而且,当阀芯2相对于中心轴在铅垂方向上朝向下侧逐渐扩径的落座面14a而进行落座及离座时,阀芯2保持水平姿势。根据上述理由,能够抑制伴随着蝶阀的开关闭状态的阀芯2与阀座14之间的滑动。
另外,在贯通孔15与偏心轴5之间设有旋转轴用的旋转式密封唇21,在贯通孔16与偏心轴6之间设有旋转轴用的旋转式密封唇22。而且,在偏心轴5的贯通孔5a与支承轴3之间设有旋转轴用的旋转式密封唇23,在偏心轴6的贯通孔6a与支承轴4之间设有旋转轴用的旋转式密封唇24。因此,向偏心轴5和支承轴3的外周面的阀内部空间、及偏心轴6和支承轴4的外周面的阀内部空间露出的区域与阀的状态无关地成为恒定。因此,能够提高偏心轴5、6和支承轴3、4的外周面的旋转式密封唇21、22和旋转式密封唇23、24的周边区域的清洗性。
在上述实施方式中,在支承轴3与驱动轴10之间设有联轴部9,但本发明并未限定于此。例如,也可以将支承轴3与驱动轴10直接固定,在阀芯2的落座及离座时,使驱动轴10和驱动源11与支承轴3一起移动。
图3表示将本发明适用于流动层装置的实施方式。流动层装置的流动层容器31具备:进行粉粒体M的处理例如粉粒体M的造粒或涂层的处理室32;位于处理室32的上方且配设有固气分离用的过滤部33的过滤室34;位于过滤室34的上方的上部室35;将过滤室34与上部室35分隔的上部壁36;和设置在过滤部33的上部的排气室37。
在处理室32的底部配设有由冲孔金属等多孔板(或金属网)构成的圆板状的气体分散板32a。从供气通道向供气腔室39供给的热风等气体A经由气体分散板32a而被导入到流动层容器31内。而且,在处理室32的上部设有喷雾出喷射液(膜剂液、结合剂液等)的喷射嘴40。
由流动层容器31的处理室32收容的粉粒体M借助经由气体分散板32a被导入到流动层容器31内的气体A而进行浮游流动。并且,从喷射嘴40朝向该粉粒体M的流动层喷雾出喷射液(膜剂液、结合剂液等)。从喷射嘴40喷雾出的喷射液例如借助膜剂液的雾而使粉粒体粒子M接受湿润,与此同时,膜剂液中含有的固体成分附着于粉粒体粒子M的表面并被干燥固化,从而在粉粒体粒子M的表面形成覆盖层(涂层)。或者借助从喷射嘴40喷雾出的喷射液例如结合剂液的雾而使粉粒体粒子M接受湿润而附着凝集并被干燥,而成长为规定直径的粒子(造粒)。
使粉粒体M浮游流动的气体A在处理室32中上升而进入过滤室34,由过滤部33进行固气分离而流入排气室37。然后,通过与排气室37连接的排气通道43而向流动层容器31的外部排出。
在该实施方式中,用于使圆板状的气体分散板32a反转的反转机构50设置在流动层容器31的侧部。反转机构50的基本结构与上述的实施方式相同,在该实施方式中,反转的对象物成为气体分散板32a。气体分散板32a在流动层容器31的内部、过滤部33的清洗时等被反转机构50反转。
需要说明的是,本发明并未限定为以上的实施方式,只要在其技术思想的范围内,就能够进行各种变形。

Claims (4)

1.一种圆板状构件的反转机构,其具备:在内部设有落座部的筒体;落座于该筒体的落座部的圆板状构件;在该圆板状构件的两侧对该圆板状构件进行支承的一对支承轴;和驱动该一对支承轴中的至少一方旋转的驱动部,伴随着由该驱动部产生的支承轴的旋转,而使所述圆板状构件以与所述筒体的轴线方向呈规定角度的方式反转,
所述圆板状构件的反转机构的特征在于,
所述圆板状构件的反转机构设有使所述各支承轴沿着所述筒体的轴线方向移动的支承轴移动机构,当使所述圆板状构件相对于所述落座部进行落座及离座时,使所述圆板状构件以与所述筒体的轴线方向正交的姿势,伴随着由所述支承轴移动机构产生的所述各支承轴的移动,而沿着所述筒体的轴线方向移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆板状构件的反转机构,其特征在于,
所述支承轴移动机构具备:由壳体支承为旋转自如且使所述支承轴以偏心状态穿过的偏心轴;和对以偏心状态插入该偏心轴的所述支承轴沿着所述筒体的轴线方向施力的致动器。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的圆板状构件的反转机构,其特征在于,
所述圆板状构件的反转机构装备于蝶阀,并进行蝶阀的阀芯的反转操作。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的圆板状构件的反转机构,其特征在于,
所述圆板状构件的反转机构装备于流动层装置,并进行流动层装置的气体分散板的反转操作。
