Description
Claims (6)
- 流体室を画定する圧力管と、
前記圧力管内に設置されたピストンアセンブリであって、前記流体室を上側作動室と下側作動室とに分割し、伸長または圧縮移動し、前記上側作動室と前記下側作動室との間の流体の移動を制御するピストンアセンブリと、
前記圧力管から外に上側に突出するピストンロッドであって、前記ピストンアセンブリが取り付けられており、軸方向の第1通路を形成する内穴が設けられ、前記第1通路は、前記ピストンロッドの長さの一部にわたり前記ピストンロッドを通って延び、前記上側作動室を流体空洞に連通すると共に、流体バイパス流路の一部として機能し、前記流体バイパス流路は、前記上側作動室を前記下側作動室に連通するピストンロッドと、
前記ピストンロッドに取り付けられた周波数依存バルブアセンブリであって、
前記ピストンロッドに取り付けられた筐体であって、前記流体空洞を画定する筐体と、
前記流体空洞内に設置されたスプールバルブアセンブリであって、スプールバルブと、バイパスバルブアセンブリと、を含み、前記スプールバルブは前記ピストンロッドの軸方向に移動可能であり、前記スプールバルブは軸方向の第2通路を含み、前記第2通路は、前記流体バイパス流路の別の一部として機能するように、前記ピストンロッドの前記第1通路およびバイパス室と直接流体連通している、スプールバルブアセンブリと、
を含む周波数依存バルブアセンブリと、
を含むショックアブソーバであって、
前記ピストンロッドの移動に応じた前記流体空洞内の前記スプールバルブの移動が、ばねを圧縮することによって、前記バイパスバルブアセンブリを開くのに必要な流体圧力の量を変更し、
前記バイパスバルブアセンブリは、界面部材と、バルブディスクと、前記バルブディスクを前記界面部材と係合するように付勢する前記ばねとを含み、前記バイパス室が前記界面部材と前記バルブディスクとによって画定されるショックアブソーバ。 - 前記周波数依存バルブアセンブリが、前記上側作動室から前記下側作動室への流体流を制御する、請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記周波数依存バルブアセンブリが、前記下側作動室から前記上側作動室への流体流を制御する、請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記ピストンロッドが、前記上側作動室と前記流体空洞との間に延びる前記第1通路を画定する、請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記スプールバルブは、前記上側作動室と直接流体連通する前記第2通路を画定する、請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記スプールバルブは、前記下側作動室と間接流体連通する前記第2通路を画定する、請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバ。
