Abstract
VÁLVULA DE CONTROLE DE TRAÇÃO PARA AMORTECEDOR HIDRÁULICO. O amortecedor em questão apresenta um tubo de pressão (10) com câmaras de compressão (CC) e de tração (CT), separadas por um pistão (20) provido de uma passagem de tração (22) A válvula compreende: uma câmara de contra- pressão (CCP) carregada pelo pistão (20), provida de uma abertura superior (51a) e de uma sede de controle (55), abertas para a câmara de compressão (CC), e na qual um êmbolo vedante (60), vazado, é deslocável entre uma posição fechada, na qual comunica a passagem de tração (22) apenas com a câmara de contra-pressão (CCP), e posições abertas; uma mola de retorno (65) forçando o êmbolo vedante (60) para sua posição fechada; e um vedante inercial (70), interno à câmara de contra-pressão (CCP) e deslocável de uma posição inoperante, afastada da sede de controle (55), para uma posição operante, na qual bloqueia a dita sede, elevando a pressão hidráulica na câmara de contra-pressão (CCP), para forçar hidraulicamente o êmbolo vedante (60) para sua posição fechada, quando o pistão (20) é submetido a uma determinada aceleração ascendente.
