Description
Claims (11)
- ショックアブソーバであって、
流体チャンバを画定する圧力チューブと、
前記圧力チューブ内に配置されたピストンアセンブリであって、前記流体チャンバを上部作動チャンバと下部作動チャンバとに分割するピストンアセンブリと、
前記圧力チューブから突き出るピストンロッドであって、前記ピストンアセンブリが取り付けられるピストンロッドと、
前記ピストンロッドに取り付けられた周波数依存型弁アセンブリであって、
前記ピストンロッドに取り付けられ、流体キャビティを画定するハウジングと、
前記流体キャビティ内に配置されたスプール弁アセンブリであって、スプールおよび開放時に上部作動チャンバと下部作動チャンバとを連通するバイパス弁アセンブリを含むスプール弁アセンブリと
を含む周波数依存型弁アセンブリとを含み、
前記流体キャビティ内の前記スプールの移動が、前記バイパス弁アセンブリを開放するために必要な流体圧力の量を制御する、
ショックアブソーバ。 - 前記周波数依存型弁アセンブリが、前記上部作動チャンバから前記下部作動チャンバへの流体流れを制御する、請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記周波数依存型弁アセンブリが、前記下部作動チャンバから前記上部作動チャンバへの流体流れを制御する、請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記下部作動チャンバと前記流体キャビティとの間に延びる流路を画定するピストン支柱に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記スプールが、前記上部作動チャンバと直接流体連通する流路を画定する、請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記スプールが、前記下部作動チャンバと直接流体連通する流路を画定する、請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記バイパス弁アセンブリが、接合部および弁座プレートを含み、前記周波数依存型弁アセンブリがさらに、前記接合部を付勢して前記弁座プレートと係合させる付勢部材を含み、バイパスチャンバが前記接合部と前記弁座プレートとによって画定される、請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記スプールが、前記バイパスチャンバと流体連通する流路を画定する、請求項7に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記スプールによって画定された前記流路が、前記下部作動チャンバと直接連通する、請求項8に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記スプールによって画定された前記流路が、前記上部作動チャンバと直接連通する、請求項8に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記スプールが、前記バイパス弁アセンブリと直接流体連通する流路を画定する、請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバ。
