Description
第1の実施形態について、図1ないし図6に基づいて説明する。図1は冷凍サイクル装置1を示しており、この冷凍サイクル装置1は、回転式圧縮機2と、回転式圧縮機2に接続された放熱器3と、放熱器3に接続された膨張装置4と、膨張装置4に接続された蒸発器5と、蒸発器5に接続されたアキュムレータ6とを有し、アキュムレータ6が回転式圧縮機2に接続されている。回転式圧縮機2では作動流体であるガス冷媒が圧縮されて高温高圧になり、放熱器3では高温高圧のガス冷媒から放熱される。膨張装置4では冷媒が減圧され、蒸発器5では減圧された液冷媒が気化されてガス冷媒となる。アキュムレータ6では、ガス冷媒中に含まれる液冷媒が分離され、ガス冷媒のみが回転式圧縮機2に供給される。

第2の実施形態について、図7に基づいて説明する。なお、第1の実施形態で説明した構成要素と同じ構成要素には同じ符号を付け、重複する説明は省略する。
Claims (5)
- 電動機部とこの電動機部に設けられた回転軸を介して駆動される圧縮機構部とが密閉ケース内に収容され、前記圧縮機構部は両端を閉塞部材により閉塞されて内部にシリンダ室を有するシリンダと、前記回転軸に嵌合されて前記シリンダ室内で偏心回転するローラと、前記シリンダに往復移動可能に設けられて先端部を前記ローラの外周面に当接させることにより前記シリンダ室を吸込室と圧縮室とに区画するブレードとを有し、作動流体を圧縮する回転式圧縮機において、
前記ブレードは、前記回転軸の軸方向に重ねて設けられた二つのブレード部材からなり、二つの前記ブレード部材は、先端部を前記ローラの外周面に当接させるとともに、後端部に突起部が設けられ、
前記突起部は、後端部に向かうにつれてブレード往復移動方向と垂直な方向の寸法が小さくなる台形状に形成されるとともに、前記回転軸の軸方向に重ねて設けられ、重ねた状態の前記二つの突起部がコイルスプリングの内側に嵌め込まれ、
重ねた状態の前記二つの突起部のブレード往復移動方向と垂直な方向の断面におけるその断面の外接円の直径は、前記突起部のブレード往復移動方向の後端側において前記コイルスプリングの内径寸法より小さく形成され、ブレード往復移動方向の先端側に向かうにつれて次第に大きく形成されるとともに前記コイルスプリングの内径寸法より大きく形成された部分を有し、
二つの前記ブレード部材は、重ね合わせた部分が密着するように前記コイルスプリングにより付勢されていることを特徴とする回転式圧縮機。 - 前記コイルスプリングの先端部に密着巻き部が設けられ、前記ブレード部材に対する前記コイルスプリングによる付勢は前記密着巻き部で行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 前記各ブレード部材の少なくとも前記閉塞部材に対向する面に、ブレード往復移動方向にそって延び、一端が前記ブレード部材の後端部まで延出するとともに他端が前記ブレード部材の先端部に到達しない給油溝が設けられ、前記給油溝の他端は、前記ブレード部材が前記シリンダ室内に最も突出した場合に前記シリンダ室内に位置し、前記給油溝の他端側は他端に向かうにつれて溝深さが次第に浅くなっていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 前記給油溝の他端側は、他端に向かうにつれて溝深さが次第に浅くなる円弧状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の回転式圧縮機と、回転式圧縮機に接続される放熱器と、前記放熱器に接続される膨張装置と、前記膨張装置と前記回転式圧縮機との間に接続される蒸発器とを備えることを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。
