Claims (13)
- LAL反応性物質を検出するための予充填試験基板であって、予充填試験基板の少なくとも1つの部分が、1以上の検出試薬及び/又は1以上のLAL反応性標準品で予充填されており、LAL反応性標準品が、複数の濃度で存在し、各濃度が、予充填試験基板の別々の部分上に存在しており、予充填試験基板が、較正部分と試料測定部分とを備え、較正部分が、LAL反応性標準品が予充填された予充填試験基板の3以上の異なる部分で形成される、予充填試験基板。
- 試料測定部分が予充填試験基板の2以上の部分をなす、請求項1記載の予充填試験基板。
- 予充填試験基板の少なくとも1つの部分が、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG)、コラーゲン及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される1種以上のコーティングで被覆された表面を有する、請求項1記載の予充填試験基板。
- 1以上の部分の間に1以上のバリアをさらに含む、請求項1記載の予充填試験基板。
- 1以上のバリアが可溶性である、請求項4記載の予充填試験基板。
- 試料中のLAL反応性物質を測定するための方法であって、
(a)その少なくとも1つの部分が、1以上の検出試薬及び/又は1以上のLAL反応性標準品で予充填されており、LAL反応性標準品が、複数の濃度で存在し、各濃度が、試験基板の別々の部分上に存在し、予充填試験基板が、較正部分と試料測定部分とを備え、較正部分が、LAL反応性標準品が予充填された予充填試験基板の3以上の異なる部分で形成される、予充填試験基板に、試料を接触させて、それによって調製試料を作製すること、及び
(b)試料中のBETを測定するとともに、LAL反応性標準品を用いた既知のスパイクから較正データを得るために、予充填試験基材を使用し、調製試料の吸光度を測定すること、及び
(c)複数のLAL反応性標準品の濃度を使用して標準曲線を作り出すことによって較正データを得ること
を含む、方法。 - 予充填試験基板の少なくとも1つの部分が、修飾表面を有する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 修飾され表面が、プラズマエッチングを使用して修飾されている、請求項7記載の方法。
- 修飾表面が、1以上のコーティングを使用して修飾され、コーティングが、静的コーティング、動的コーティング又はこれらの組合せである、請求項7記載の方法。
- 1以上の静的コーティングが、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG)、コラーゲン及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項9記載の方法。
- 1以上の動的コーティングが、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG)、デオキシコール酸ナトリウム及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項9記載の方法。
- 予充填試験基板がマイクロプレートである、請求項6記載の方法。
- 予充填試験基板が、予充填試験基板を環境暴露及び表面の汚染から保護するためのバリア材料をさらに含む、請求項6記載の方法。
