Description
本出願は、2014年12月8日付の韓国特許出願第10−2014−0174981号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
前記反応混合物から残留モノマーを回収する段階と、
モノマー100重量部に対して200〜1000重量部の水を用いて、残留モノマーの除去された反応混合物から副産物を除去する段階と、
気孔サイズが50um未満のフィルタを用いて、前記残留モノマーおよび副産物の除去された反応混合物から触媒残渣を除去する段階と、
残留モノマーおよび触媒残渣の除去された反応混合物から溶媒を除去する段階と、を含むポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂の製造方法を提供する。
重合反応器、ペレット化のための押出機、副産物を除去するための水供給槽、centrifugal dryer、ペレット回収装置を連結設置した後、ポリエチレンカーボネートを含む樹脂組成物を連続的に製造した。
実施例1と同様の方法でポリエチレンカーボネートを製造するが、フィルタの使用後、二次的にイオン交換樹脂を用いて触媒を除去した。
実施例1と同様の方法でポリエチレンカーボネートを製造するが、フィルタの気孔サイズが50umのものを使用した。
実施例1、2および比較例1に対する最終触媒含有量を表2に示した。
前記実施例および比較例で製造した樹脂組成物試験片に対して、後述の方法により、押出性、ペレット状態、およびシート加工性を評価し、引張強度、伸び率およびヘイズを測定した。
前記評価および測定の結果を下記表3にまとめた。
Claims (11)
- 触媒および溶媒下、二酸化炭素とエポキシド化合物を含有したモノマーを重合して、ポリアルキレンカーボネート、触媒残渣、未反応の残留モノマー、溶媒、およびアルキレンカーボネート含有副産物を含む反応混合物を製造する段階と、
前記反応混合物から残留モノマーを回収する段階と、
モノマー100重量部に対して200〜1000重量部の水を用いて、残留モノマーの除去された反応混合物から副産物を除去する段階と、
気孔サイズが50um未満のフィルタを用いて、前記残留モノマーおよび副産物の除去された反応混合物から触媒残渣を除去する段階と、
残留モノマーおよび触媒残渣の除去された反応混合物から溶媒を除去する段階と、を含み、
前記副産物を除去する段階は、回転ディスクコンタクタ(rotating disc contactor)タイプの抽出カラムに反応混合物を充填した後、水を用いて行う、ポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂の製造方法。 - 前記残留モノマーを回収する段階は、二酸化炭素をベンティング(Venting)で除去し、エポキシド化合物を蒸留して除去する方法で進行させる、請求項1に記載のポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記フィルタの気孔サイズは、20um未満である、請求項1または2に記載のポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記フィルタの気孔サイズは、1〜10umである、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記触媒残渣を除去する段階は、前記反応混合物をフィルタに通過させて、触媒含有量を1重量%未満で除去する段階を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記触媒残渣を除去する段階は、フィルタを用いた後に、連続的にイオン交換樹脂を使用する段階をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記方法は、フィルタを通して残留モノマーおよび副産物の除去された反応混合物から触媒残渣を一次除去した後に、連続的にイオン交換樹脂を用いて反応混合物から触媒残渣を二次除去することによって、反応混合物の総重量を基準として触媒含有量が300ppm以下となるように触媒残渣を除去する段階を含む、請求項6に記載のポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記重合段階の前に、モノマーの精製段階を追加的に含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記溶媒を除去する段階は、単純フラッシュドラム(Simple Flash Drum)、落下フィルム蒸発器(Falling Film Evaporator)、薄膜蒸発器(Thin Film Evaporator)、押出DV(Extrusion DV)、またはフィルム押出機(Filmtruder)からなる群より選択された1種以上の機器の組み合わせを用いて進行させる、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記触媒は、亜鉛系触媒であり、副産物は、炭素数1〜5のアルキレンカーボネートを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記エポキシド化合物は、ハロゲンまたは炭素数1〜5のアルキル基で置換もしくは非置換の炭素数2〜20のアルキレンオキシド;ハロゲンまたは炭素数1〜5のアルキル基で置換もしくは非置換の炭素数4〜20のシクロアルキレンオキシド;およびハロゲンまたは炭素数1〜5のアルキル基で置換もしくは非置換の炭素数8〜20のスチレンオキシド;からなる群より選択された1種以上であり、
前記溶媒は、メチレンクロライドまたはエチレンジクロライドを使用する、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のポリアルキレンカーボネート樹脂の製造方法。
