Claims (13)
- ある用量の薬剤の投薬のための薬物送達デバイスの駆動機構であって:
軸方向(1、2)に延びる細長いハウジング(30)と、
カートリッジ(14)のピストン(16)を軸方向の遠位方向(1)に変位させるようにピストン(16)と動作可能に係合するピストンロッド(80)と、
軸方向(1、2)に延びハウジング(30)内に回転的に支持される駆動スリーブ(60)と、
ハウジング(30)の側壁部分(31)上に回転的に支持され、ハウジング(30)の軸の長手方向に対して径方向(r)に延びる軸(41)に対して回転可能である用量設定部材(40)とを含み、
ここで、駆動スリーブ(60)は、近位の用量設定位置と遠位の用量注射位置との間で軸方向(1,2)に変位可能であり、
ここで、近位の用量設定位置にあるとき、駆動スリーブ(60)は、用量設定部材(40)と回転可能に係合され、用量設定のためにピストンロッド(80)から係合解除され、
ここで、遠位の用量注射位置にあるとき、駆動スリーブ(60)は、ピストンロッド(80)と係合され、用量を投薬するために用量設定部材(40)から係合解除される、前記駆動機構。 - ハウジング(30)の近位端に用量注射部材(50)をさらに含み、ここで、該用量注射部材(50)は、近位の用量設定位置と遠位の用量注射位置との間を軸方向(1、2)に変位可能であり、用量注射位置に駆動スリーブ(60)を変位させるために該駆動スリーブ(60)と遠位方向に当接する、請求項1に記載の駆動機構。
- 用量注射部材(50)は、ハウジング(30)に回転的にロックされ、用量注射位置に到達するときに用量設定部材(40)と係合するロッキング部材(52)を含む、請求項2に記載の駆動機構。
- 駆動スリーブ(60)は、該駆動スリーブ(60)とハウジング(30)との間で軸方向に作用するばね要素(61)の作用に抗して、ハウジング(30)に対して遠位方向(
1)に変位可能である、請求項2または3に記載の駆動機構。 - 用量設定部材(40)は、用量設定位置にあるときに駆動スリーブ(60)のクラウン歯車(62)と係合する歯車(42)を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- 用量設定部材(40)の中空軸(43)を支持するように、ハウジング(30)に固定して取り付けられ径方向外側に延びるソケット部分(111)を有する支持部材(110)をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- 支持部材(110)は、用量注射部材(50)を摺動可能に受ける、近位端に軸方向に延びるレセプタクル(112)をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の駆動機構。
- 最終用量リミット部材(130)は、ソケット部分(111)と中空軸(43)との間に配置され、
最終用量リミット部材(130)は、ソケット部分(111)とねじ係合され、用量設定部材(40)に対して回転的にロックされ、中空軸(43)に対して摺動可能に変位可能であるか、または
最終用量リミット部材(130)は、中空軸(43)とねじ係合され、ソケット部分(111)に対して回転的にロックされ、ソケット部分(111)に対して摺動可能に変位可能である、
請求項6または7に記載の駆動機構。 - 最終用量リミット部材(130)は、ソケット部分(111)または中空軸(43)の互いに反対側の端部分から径方向に延びるゼロ用量リミット止め具(114)と最終用量リミット止め具(116)との間をソケット部分(111)に沿って変位可能である、請求項8に記載の駆動機構。
- 駆動スリーブ(60)は、ハウジング(30)の内側とねじ係合された用量標示スリーブ(90)と回転的にロックされ、かつ軸方向に摺動可能に係合され、用量標示スリーブ(90)は、ハウジング(30)の内側に位置する単回用量リミット止め具(33、34)と当接する、軸方向の一端部に少なくとも1つの止め具(93、94)を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- 駆動スリーブ(60)は、該駆動スリーブ(60)の周りを延びるつる巻ばね(68)によって、ハウジング(20)に対して回転的に付勢される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- ピストンロッド(80)は、ハウジング(30)に軸方向に固定されハウジング(30)内に回転的に支持された駆動ナット(70)とねじ係合され、駆動スリーブ(60)は、用量注射位置にあるときに駆動ナット(70)と回転的にロックされ、駆動スリーブ(60)と駆動ナット(70)とは、駆動スリーブ(60)が用量設定位置にあるときに係合解除される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- ある用量の薬剤の投薬のための薬物送達デバイスであって:
請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構(3)と、
少なくとも部分的に薬剤で充填され、駆動機構(3)のハウジング(30)内または該ハウジング(30)に固定されたカートリッジホルダ(12)内に配置されたカートリッジ(14)と
を含む前記薬物送達デバイス。
