Claims (11)
- 出口部分および近位端部分を備える容器と、
前記出口部分と前記近位端部分との間の前記容器に配置され、第1の物質を保持することができる第1の可変容積室を画定する第1のピストンと、
前記第1のピストンと前記近位端部分との間の前記容器に配置され、第2の物質を保持することができる第2の可変容積室を画定する第2のピストンであって、前記第1および前記第2のピストンが第1の軸線に沿って前記容器に対して移動可能である第2のピストンと、
前記第1の可変容積室に投与可能な製品を供給するために前記第2の可変容積室から前記第1の可変容積室に流体移送できるように適応されるバイパス配置と、
少なくとも前記第2のピストンを移動させるように適応されるピストン駆動体と、
前記ピストン駆動体と作動可能に連結され、初期位置と、少なくともある容積の前記投与可能な製品が前記出口部分を通して放出されている位置との間で前記ピストン駆動体を移動させるように適応されるユーザ操作可能な作動部材であって、前記第1の軸線に対して垂直な第2の軸線の周りに回転可能である作動部材と、
前記作動部材を支持するように適応されるハンドル部分と
を備える薬物送達デバイスであって、前記容器が、前記ハンドル部分に対して静止して配置される、薬物送達デバイス。 - 前記作動部材が、第1の方向にも第2の方向にも回転可能であり、前記投与可能な製品の供給に続いて、前記ピストン駆動体が、前記第1の方向に前記作動部材の回転に応じて前記第2のピストンを前記出口部分に向かって遠位側に移動させるように、かつ、前記第2の方向に前記作動部材の回転に応じて、前記第2のピストンを前記出口部分から遠ざかるように近位側に移動させるように適応される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハンドル部分は、それを通して前記作動部材が突出する開口を備える、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記作動部材が、前記ハンドル部分の中間面に配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記ピストン駆動体が、前記第2の軸線の周りで曲げ可能である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記作動部材が、駆動ホイールであり、前記ピストン駆動体が、前記駆動ホイールのどちらの側にも配置される、2つの平行なピストン・ロッドを備える、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記作動部材が、前記ハンドル部分の中間面に関して側方に配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記作動部材が、それの平坦平面に配置される係合セグメントを備える駆動ホイールであり、前記ピストン駆動体のそれぞれの相補形の係合セグメントと連続的に係合するように適応される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1のピストンおよび前記第2のピストンが、前記第2の可変容積室の全壊と同時に連動するように適応される、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスの作動前状態において、隙間が、前記ピストン駆動体と前記第2のピストンとの間に設けられる、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハンドル部分と関連する係合要素をさらに備え、前記係合要素が、それによって前記ピストン駆動体の遠位部分の、近位側への移動を制限するように、前記ピストン駆動体と係合するように適応される、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
