Description
作製した電極層被覆塗装金属板を塗膜層の厚み方向と垂直にし、常温乾燥型エポキシ樹脂中に埋め込み、その埋め込み面を機械研磨した後に、SEM(走査型電子顕微鏡)で観察した。次いで、得られた電極層被覆塗装金属板の断面像から、電極層の厚みを計測した。
作製した電極層被覆塗装金属板の表面外観を目視にて観察し、ランダムに選出した100cm2面積におけるわき発生数を以下の評価点で評価した。
5:わき発生なし
4:わき発生数3個未満
3:同4個以上、10個未満
2:同10個以上、20個未満
1:同20個以上
作製した電極層被覆塗装金属板上の異なる10点の接触抵抗を、三菱化学(株)製抵抗率計ロレスタ−GPを用いた4探針法で測定し、相加平均値をその電極層被覆塗装金属板の表面接触抵抗値とした。次いで、以下の評価点を用いて、導電性を評価した。
5:表面接触抵抗値が5Ω/□以下
4:同5Ω/□より大きく、101Ω/□以下
3:同101Ω/□より大きく、102Ω/□以下
2:同102Ω/□より大きく、106Ω/□以下
1:同106Ω/□より大きい
電極層の表面形状をAFM(原子間力顕微鏡)を用いて撮像し、得られた像から測定した粗さ曲線を元に、算術平均粗さRa、最大山高さRpと最大谷深さRvの合計粗さRzを算出した。次いで、以下の評点表を用いて、平滑性を評価した。
5:Raが10nm以下、且つRzが200nm以下
4:Raが10nm以下、且つRzが200nmより大きく、400nm以下
3:Raが10nmより大きく、20nm以下、且つRzが200nm以下
2:Raが20nmより大きく、30nm以下、且つRzが200nmより大きく、400nm以下
1:Raが30nmより大きい、またはRzが400nmより大きい
作製した電極層被覆塗装金属板上に金属素地に達する疵を、縦横各11本1mm間隔で碁盤目状になるようカッターで入れ、テープ剥離後の電極層剥離状態を目視にて観察した。次いで、以下の評価点を用いて、密着性を評価した。
5:碁盤目内における塗膜残存部が100/100
4:同99.5/100以上、100/100未満
3:同95/100以上、99.5/100未満
2:同50/100以上、95/100未満
1:同50/100未満
Claims (9)
- 基材上に固形分濃度3%以下の塗布液を塗布して乾燥膜厚0.5μm以上の塗膜層を形成することを含む塗装基材の工業的製造方法であって、塗布液をカーテンコート又はスリットコートで塗布し、続いて基材を、熱風併用型誘導加熱により50〜250℃の温度範囲内で1秒〜2分間保持することにより前記塗膜層を形成することを特徴とする、塗装基材の製造方法。
- 前記乾燥膜厚が0.5〜3.0μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の塗装基材の製造方法。
- 前記塗膜層をポリ(3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン)/ポリスチレンスルホネート(PEDOT/PSS)を含有する塗布液により形成することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の塗装基材の製造方法。
- 前記基材が金属板の表面に予め塗装膜を設けた塗装金属板であり、その塗装膜上に形成する前記塗膜層が有機半導体デバイスのための電極層であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の塗装基材の製造方法。
- 前記電極層が100Ω/□以下のシート抵抗を示すことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の塗装基材の製造方法。
- 前記電極層の表面の算術平均粗さRaの値が20nm以下であり、前記基材としての塗装金属板の電圧100V印加時の漏れ電流値が10-6A/cm2未満、該金属板の塗装膜のうちの最表層のゴム状弾性領域における動的貯蔵弾性率の最小値が1×108Pa以下、該塗装膜の総膜厚が1〜30μmであることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の塗装基材の製造方法。
- 前記電極層の表面の最大山高さRpと最大谷深さRvの合計粗さRzの値が200nm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の塗装基材の製造方法。
- 前記塗装金属板が亜鉛系めっきで被覆された鋼板上に前記塗装膜を形成した塗装金属板であることを特徴とする、請求項4〜7のいずれか1つに記載の塗装基材の製造方法。
- 前記加熱のヒートパターンを、基材温度50℃から80℃までの間を5〜30秒かけて昇温するよう制御することを特徴とする、請求項3〜8のいずれか1つに記載の塗装基材の製造方法。
