Abstract
【解決手段】 側板3を形成する鋼板のファイバーフローを考慮し、側板3の切欠き部3dを、前記切欠き部3dと内径部3bの中心Oとを結ぶ仮想線と、前記側板3を形成する鋼板のファイバーフローとが交差する位置に設けることにより、側板3を打ち抜き加工した後に、鍔部3cをバーリング加工によって形成しても、切欠き部3dの位置からクラックが入り難いようにした。

Claims (3)
- 樹脂製のレリーズハブと、
前記レリーズハブに外嵌されたレリーズ軸受と、
クラッチレリーズフォークが当接する略円板状の側板と、
前記レリーズ軸受に所定の軸方向荷重を付与する弾性部材と、
前記レリーズ軸受、前記側板と前記弾性部材を保持するカバーと、を備え、
前記側板は、径方向に延びて前記クラッチレリーズフォークが当接する本体部と、前記本体部の内径縁から軸方向に延びて前記レリーズハブに埋設される鍔部とを有し、
前記鍔部には、前記レリーズハブに対する前記側板の回り止め機能を有する切欠き部が設けられ、
前記切欠き部は、前記切欠き部と前記側板の中心とを結ぶ仮想線と、前記側板を形成する鋼板のファイバーフローとが交差する位置に設けられている、クラッチレリーズ軸受装置。 - 前記切欠き部と前記側板の中心とを結ぶ仮想線と、前記側板を形成する鋼板のファイバーフローとが交差する角度が、45°〜90°である請求項1記載の自動調心型クラッチレリーズ軸受装置。
- 前記側板を形成する前記鋼板の素材が、クロムモリブデン鋼である請求項1または2記載の自動調心型クラッチレリーズ軸受装置。
