- 駆動要素(4)は、ピストンロッド(3)に対して回転方向に固定される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ(2)。
- 用量の設定中に、駆動要素(4)は、ハウジング(7)に対して固定される請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ(2)。
- ばね部材(12)は、ねじりばねである請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ(2)。
- 第2の接触面(10)は、デバイスの長手方向軸(11)に対して半径方向外側に向けられる請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ(2)。
- 減速要素(6)は、ハウジング(7)の一体部材である請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ(2)。
- 第1の接触面(9)と第2の接触面(10)とは、用量の投薬中に少なくとも一部重なり、接触面(9、10)の重なりの度合いは、アクチュエータ(13)の押下げの大きさ(a grade of depression)に依存する請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 第2の接触面は、デバイスの投薬端に向けられる請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 減速要素(6)は、案内要素(8)の一体部材である請求項3〜12のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ(2)。
- 第1の接触面(9)と第2の接触面(10)とは、周辺の表面に対して粗面化されている請求項8〜13のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ(2)。
- 駆動アセンブリが、
a)アクチュエータがより大きく押し下げられるほど、駆動要素がより大きく減速され、ここでユーザがアクチュエータをより大きく押し下げるほど、減速要素と駆動要素が互いに押圧される力がより大きくなる、あるいは、
b)アクチュエータがより大きく押し下げられるほど、駆動要素がより小さく減速される、ここでユーザがアクチュエータをより大きく押し下げるほど、減速要素と駆動要素とが互いにあまり接触しなくなる、
のいずれかであるように構成される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ(2)。 - 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ(2)を含む薬物送達デバイス(1)。
