Description
本願は、2016年4月15日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/323,110号、および2016年8月25日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/379,505号に対する優先権を主張し、それらの全体的な開示を本明細書に組み込む。
Claims (20)
- 孔の縦方向の中央軸に沿った前記孔内で移動可能な従動機構であって、
実質的に筒状の側壁、前記側壁の第1の端に配置された環状のリップ部、および前記側壁の前記内面に配置された環状の棚であって、前記従動機構の縦方向の中央軸に対して横断する平面内に配置された環状の棚を画定する内面および外面を有する外カップと、
側壁と、前記側壁から径方向で外方に延びる環状のリップと、一対の軸開口とを含む内カップであって、前記内カップの前記リップが前記外カップの前記環状の棚に当接し、かつ前記内カップの前記リップに当接する前記外カップの前記環状のリップによってそこに回転不能に固定されるように、前記外カップ内に配置された内カップと、
第1の端および第2の端を有する軸であって、前記第1の端および前記第2の端の各々が、前記軸開口の対応する1つ内に配置された軸と、
ローラフォロアの一部が前記外カップの前記環状のリップ部を超えて軸方向で外方に延びるように、前記軸上に回転可能に受容されたローラフォロアと、を備え、
前記外カップの前記側壁が、第1の筒状の側壁部と、第2の筒状の側壁部とを備え、かつ前記環状の棚が、前記第1の筒状の側壁部と前記第2の筒状の側壁部との間に配置される、従動機構。 - 前記内カップの前記側壁が、2つの対向する湾曲部、その間に延びる一対の平行な側部、および前記側壁の第2の端に配置された半球部を含み、前記環状のリップが、前記側壁の前端から径方向で外方に延びる、請求項1に記載の従動機構。
- 軸開口が、前記内カップの前記平行な側部の各々内で画定される、請求項2に記載の従動機構。
- 前記内カップの前記側壁が、第1の端および第2の端を含む筒状の側壁と、前記筒状の側壁の前記第2の端に配置された半球部とをさらに備え、前記環状のリップが、前記筒状の側壁の前記第1の端から径方向で外方に延びる、請求項1に記載の従動機構。
- 前記一対の軸開口が、前記内カップの前記側壁内で画定され、かつ筒状のボスが各軸開口の周りに形成され、前記筒状のボスが、前記従動機構の前記縦方向の中央軸に向かって前記側壁から内方に延びる、請求項4に記載の従動機構。
- 前記軸の前記第1および第2の端が、前記軸開口内に回転可能に受容される、請求項5に記載の従動機構。
- 前記内カップの前記半球部が、前記筒状の側壁を両方通過する平面で切り取ったとき、前記内カップの断面の半径に等しい曲率半径を有し、かつ前記従動機構の前記縦方向の中央軸に対して横断する、請求項4に記載の従動機構。
- 前記内カップが、前記外カップの前記側壁内で画定された開口を通してそこから径方向で外方に延びる整列装置をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の従動機構。
- 前記整列装置が、前記内カップと一体的に形成されたタブをさらに備える、請求項8に記載の従動機構。
- 前記ローラフォロアが、前記軸辺りで回転可能に受容された外輪と、前記外輪と前記軸との間に配置された複数のローラとを備え、前記外輪が各端で環状の面取り面を含む、請求項4に記載の従動機構。
- 前記環状の棚が、前記環状のリップ部に隣接する前記外カップの前記第1の端に配置される、請求項3に記載の従動機構。
- 前記環状のリップ部が、前記従動機構の前記縦方向の中央軸に対して径方向で前記外カップの前記側壁より薄い、請求項11に記載の従動機構。
- 前記第1の筒状の側壁部が、前記従動機構の前記縦方向の中央軸に対して径方向で前記第2の筒状の側壁部より薄い、請求項1に記載の従動機構。
- 孔の縦方向の中央軸に沿った前記孔内で移動可能な従動機構であって、実質的に筒状の側壁、前記側壁の第1の端に配置された環状のリップ部、および前記側壁の前記内面に配置された環状の棚であって、前記従動機構の縦方向の中央軸に対して横断する平面内に配置された環状の棚を画定する外面および内面を有する外カップと、
側壁と、前記側壁から径方向で外方に延びる環状のリップとを含む内カップであって、前記内カップの前記リップが前記外カップの前記環状の棚に当接し、かつ前記内カップの前記リップに当接する前記外カップの前記環状のリップによってそこに回転不能に固定されるように、前記外カップ内に配置された内カップと、
前記内カップによって回転可能に支持されたローラフォロアと、を備え、前記外カップの前記側壁が、第1の筒状の側壁部と、第2の筒状の側壁部とを備え、かつ前記環状の棚が、前記第1の筒状の側壁部と前記第2の筒状の側壁部との間に配置される、従動機構。 - 前記内カップが、一対の軸開口をさらに備え、かつ前記ローラフォロアが、第1の端および第2の端を有する軸であって、前記第1の端および前記第2の端の各々が、前記軸開口の対応する1つ内に配置された軸と、外輪の一部が前記外カップの前記環状のリップ部を超えて軸方向で外方に延びるように、前記軸に回転可能に受容される外輪とをさらに備える、請求項14に記載の従動機構。
- 前記内カップの前記側壁が、第1の端および第2の端を含む筒状の側壁と、前記筒状の側壁の前記第2の端に配置された半球部とをさらに備え、かつ前記環状のリップが、前記筒状の側壁の前記第1の端から径方向で外方に延びる、請求項14に記載の従動機構。
- 前記内カップの前記半球部が、前記筒状の側壁を両方通過する平面で切り取ったとき、前記内カップの断面の半径に等しい曲率半径を有し、かつ前記従動機構の前記縦方向の中央軸に対して横断する、請求項16に記載の従動機構。
- 前記内カップの前記側壁が、一対の湾曲した側壁と、その間に延びる一対の平行な側壁部とをさらに備え、前記湾曲した側壁部が、前記内カップの内面の前記隣接する部分の曲率と同じである曲率を有する、請求項14に記載の従動機構。
- 前記内カップの前記リップが、前記湾曲した側壁の1つに配置される、請求項18に記載の従動機構。
- 前記環状の棚が、前記環状のリップ部に隣接する前記外カップの前記第1の端に配置される、請求項14に記載の従動機構。
