Description
随意的に溶融スズめっきされた銅シートの基体を提供するステップと、
基体上に第2層を形成するステップであって、第2層は少なくとも金属もしくは少なくとも金属合金を含み、金属もしくは金属合金は銅含有合金、ニッケル、パラジウム、ならびに前述の金属および金属合金の任意の組み合わせから成るグループから選択されている、第2層を形成するステップと、
スズを含んだ第1層を、基体の反対側の第2層の側に形成するステップと、を含んでいる。
銅シート21を打ち抜いた、溶融スズめっき(第3層29)を有するプリフォームを具備した銅帯は、曲げによって電気端子要素1の形状に形成されてもよく、それは初期的に亜鉛メッキに先立って事前処理される。この目的のために、接続セグメント5を形成したプリフォーム部は、引き続いて高温脱脂され、洗浄され、電解脱脂され、洗浄され、表面酸化物を除去されて、再度洗浄される。次いで、青銅合金が、前述の溶融スズめっきされたプリフォームの事前処理された接続セグメント5上に、第2層27として電解めっきすることによって電気的に形成され、その電気めっきは、14g/Lの銅イオン濃度、20g/Lのスズイオン濃度、および4g/Lの亜鉛イオン濃度を有する水溶液槽内において60℃で4分間実行され、1A/dm2の電流密度である(例えばEnthone社のBRONZEX(登録商標)、WJ−SPを使用する)。このようにして、青銅合金の第2層27が得られ、その層は50〜55重量%の銅、28〜32重量%のスズ、15〜19重量%の亜鉛を有し、その厚さは1μmである。

Claims (10)
- 銅シート(21)から形成され、且つコーティング(23)を具備した接続セグメント(5)を備えた電気端子要素(1)であって、前記コーティング(23)は、
少なくとも60重量%のスズを含んだ第1層(25、39)と、
該第1層(25)と前記銅シート(21)との間に配置され、且つ銅含有合金を含んだ第2層(27)と、を具備し、
前記銅含有合金は40〜80重量%の銅と、20〜60重量%の亜鉛と、を含み、前記銅と亜鉛との和は少なくとも90重量%であり、
金属間化合物領域が、前記銅シート(21)と前記コーティング(23)との間に形成されていることを特徴とする電気端子要素(1)。 - 前記第2層(27)は、0.5〜5μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気端子要素(1)。
- 前記第2層(27)は、前記銅含有合金から成ることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気端子要素(1)。
- 前記第1層は、1〜15μmの範囲の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気端子要素(1)。
- 前記第1層(25、39)は0〜40重量%の亜鉛を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気端子要素(1)。
- 前記コーティングは、前記第2層(27)と前記銅シート(21)の間に配置され且つスズを含んだ第3層(29)を具備していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電気端子要素(1)。
- 前記コーティングは、前記第2層(27)の反対側の前記第1層(25)側に配置され且つ亜鉛を含んだ第4層(37)を具備していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電気端子要素(1)。
- 特に請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の、コーティング(23)および少なくとも銅シートと前記コーティングとの間の金属間化合物領域を備えた電気端子要素(1)を製造するための方法であって、該方法は、
随意的に溶融スズめっきされた銅シート(21)の基体を提供するステップと、
該基体上に第2層(27)を形成するステップであって、前記第2層(27)は銅含有合金を含み、該銅含有合金は、40〜80重量%の銅と、20〜60重量%の亜鉛と、と含み、前記銅と亜鉛との和は少なくとも90重量%である、第2層を形成するステップと、
少なくとも60重量%のスズを含んだ第1層(25)を、前記基体の反対側の前記第2層側に形成するステップと、を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記層(25、27、37)を形成した後に、熱処理が実行されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記層(25、27、37)は、各々が電解めっき技術、蒸着、スパッタリング、ディップコーティング、スプレーコーティング、およびこれらの方法の任意の組み合わせのグループから選択された方法によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の方法。
