Claims (18)
- メッキポットに装着される第1ワイピング手段;
上記メッキポットに装着される第2ワイピング手段;および
上記メッキポットに装着される第3ワイピング手段を含み、
前記第1ワイピング手段は、前記メッキポットの長さ方向を基準として、スナウトとエアーナイフの間で、上記メッキポットの幅方向に直線往復移動可能に配置され、前記スナウトの前にある上部ドロスを上記メッキポットの両側に移送させ、
前記第2ワイピング手段は、前記メッキポットの長さ方向を基準として、前記エアーナイフの裏側で、上記メッキポットの幅方向を基準として一側に回動自在に配置されて前記第1ワイピング手段によって移送された上部ドロスを上記メッキポットの後方側壁付近に移送させ、
前記第3ワイピング手段は、前記メッキポットの長さ方向を基準として、前記エアーナイフの前方で前記メッキポットの幅方向を基準として他側に回動自在に配置され、前記エアーナイフ周辺の上部ドロスを上記メッキポットの側壁付近に移送させるメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。 - 前記第1ワイピング手段はマグネチックホイールを含む、請求項1に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
- 前記第1ワイピング手段は前記マグネチックホイールを回転可能に支持する本体と、前記本体に結合されて前記マグネチックホイールを回転させる第1駆動部と、前記メッキポットの幅方向に配置されて前記本体が移動可能に結合されるガイドレールと前記本体に駆動力を提供する第2駆動部と、前記本体と結合して前記本体を昇降させる昇降部を含む、請求項2に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
- 前記第2ワイピング手段は前記メッキポットの幅方向中心を通る仮想の基準線を基準としていずれか一側に配置され、前記第3ワイピング手段は前記基準線の他側に配置される、請求項1に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
- 前記第2ワイピング手段は前記メッキポットの角に配置される、請求項4に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
- 前記第3ワイピング手段は前記メッキポットの角に配置される、請求項5に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
- 前記第2ワイピング手段と前記第3ワイピング手段はマグネチックホイールを含む、請求項1に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
- 前記第2ワイピング手段および前記第3ワイピング手段は前記マグネチックホイールを回転可能に支持する第1本体と、前記第1本体に結合して前記マグネチックホイールを回転させる第1駆動部と、前記第1本体に結合して前記マグネチックホイールが回動するように前記第1本体を回転させる第2駆動部を含む、請求項7に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
- 前記第2ワイピング手段および前記第3ワイピング手段は前記第2駆動部を含む第2本体と前記第2本体を昇降させる昇降部をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
- 前記マグネチックホイールの軸方向と前記第1本体の軸方向は垂直である、請求項9に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
- 前記第1駆動部の回転軸の軸方向と前記第2駆動部の回転軸の軸方向は垂直である、請求項10に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
- 前記マグネチックホイールはシャフトと前記シャフトの外周面に結合されるマグネットを含む、請求項2に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
- 前記マグネチックホイールを覆うハウジングを含む、請求項11に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
- 前記ハウジングは前記マグネチックホイールを囲むフレーム形態で形成されて前記マグネチックホイールが回転可能に結合して前記第1本体に結合される本体と、前記本体の開放された上面に結合される上部カバーと、前記本体の開放された下面に結合される下部カバーを含む、請求項13に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
- 前記下部カバーは前記マグネチックホイールの表面と対応する円筒面を含む、請求項14に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
- 前記上部カバーおよび前記下部カバーはステンレス素材で構成される、請求項15に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
- 前記第1本体と、第2本体と、第3本体は外部と連通する流入口と流出口をそれぞれ含み、
前記流入口に連結される供給管と前記供給管と連結されて前記供給管に冷却流体を供給する冷却流体供給部をさらに含む、請求項16に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。 - 前記供給管はフレキシブルな素材で構成され、前記供給管の内部には冷却流体の渦流を誘導する渦流誘導手段を含む、請求項17に記載のメッキポットの上部ドロス除去装置。
