Claims (7)
- 所定の搬送方向に沿う搬送経路を通る被処理物に所定の冷媒を供給する冷媒通路を形成するための、冷媒通路形成体を備え、
前記冷媒通路形成体は、複数の冷媒通路形成部材を含み、
複数の前記冷媒通路形成部材は、前記搬送方向と交差する所定の交差方向に沿って互いに接近するように変位することで、前記被処理物を収容した状態で前記冷媒通路を形成するように構成され、且つ、前記交差方向に沿って互いに離隔するように変位することで、前記冷媒通路に対する前記搬送方向に沿った前記被処理物の出し入れを許容するように構成され、
前記冷媒通路は、前記交差方向に沿って延びており、
前記交差方向は、前記熱処理装置の上下方向を含み、
前記冷媒通路において前記冷媒としての冷却液が下方から上方へ向けて流れるように構成されていることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記被処理物を前記搬送方向に沿って搬送するための搬送トレイをさらに備え、
前記搬送トレイは、複数の前記冷媒通路形成部材と協働して、前記冷媒通路を形成するように構成されていることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項2に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記搬送トレイは、複数の前記冷媒通路形成部材の間に配置可能に構成されており、
前記搬送トレイは、前記被処理物を支持するための支持部と、前記冷媒を通過させるための孔部と、を有していることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項2または請求項3に記載の熱処理装置であって、
複数の前記冷媒通路形成部材は、上側部材と、この上側部材の下方に配置された下側部材と、を有し、
前記上側部材を前記下側部材に対して上下方向に変位させるための上下変位機構をさらに備えていることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項4に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記搬送トレイを前記搬送方向に沿って変位させるための搬送機構をさらに備え、
前記搬送機構は、前記上下変位機構によって所定の搬送位置および所定の冷却位置に変位可能に構成されたユニットを有し、
前記ユニットは、前記搬送位置において、前記搬送トレイが前記上側部材および前記下側部材から離隔するように前記搬送トレイを支持し、且つ、前記冷却位置において、前記搬送トレイが前記下側部材と接触するように前記搬送トレイを配置させることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項5に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記上下変位機構は、前記搬送トレイが前記冷却位置に位置しているときにおいて、前記上側部材を前記搬送トレイに接触させるために前記上側部材を変位するように構成されていることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記冷媒通路内において前記冷媒を整流するための整流部材をさらに備えていることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。
