Claims (3)
- 熱処理のために加熱された金属製の円筒状の被処理物自体の温度を測定する測定部と、
前記被処理物を取り囲むことが可能な螺旋状の部分を有する誘導加熱コイルとして設けられ、前記被処理物を加熱するための加熱部材と、
前記被処理物を冷却するための冷却部と、
前記測定部で測定された測定温度を参照し、前記加熱部材の前記螺旋状の部分に囲まれた空間における加熱・冷却位置において前記被処理物が所定の冷却速度で冷却されるように前記冷却部を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記冷却部は、円筒状の前記被処理物の孔部へ向けて、不活性ガスまたは還元性ガスを冷却ガスとして噴射し、
前記測定部は、前記被処理物からの放射を測定する放射計を含み、
前記放射計は、前記加熱部材の前記螺旋状の部分の隙間を通して、前記被処理物の外周側からの放射を検出することで、前記加熱・冷却位置に配置された前記被処理物自体の温度を測定することを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記制御部は、前記冷却ガスの供給源から、前記被処理物の配置されている熱処理室への前記冷却ガスの流量を制御することを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記冷却部は、熱交換器と、前記制御部によって制御される循環ポンプであって前記被処理物が配置されている熱処理室および前記熱交換器に前記熱処理室内のガスを循環させる循環ポンプと、を含んでいることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。
