Abstract
【解決手段】熱処理装置1は、加熱室7と、加熱室7に隣接して配置された冷却室8と、被処理物100を支持するための搬送トレイ2と、加熱室7の外部から加熱室7および冷却室8を経由して冷却室8の外部へ向かう搬送経路B1沿って搬送トレイ2を搬送するための第1搬送機構3と、を備えている。

Claims (8)
- 被処理物に熱エネルギーを与えるための加熱室と、
前記熱エネルギーを与えられた前記被処理物を冷却するために前記加熱室に隣接して配置された冷却室と、
前記被処理物を支持するための搬送トレイと、
前記加熱室の外部から前記加熱室および前記冷却室を経由して前記冷却室の外部へ向かう所定の搬送経路に沿って前記搬送トレイを搬送するための第1搬送機構と、
を備えていることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記加熱室における前記被処理物の搬送方向とは交差する方向に沿って前記搬送経路と離隔して配置された、前記被処理物を前記加熱するための加熱用部材と、
前記加熱室において前記被処理物を前記搬送トレイと前記加熱用部材との間に移動させるための第2搬送機構と、
をさらに備えていることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項2に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記搬送方向は水平方向に沿って延びており、
前記加熱用部材は、前記搬送経路の上方に配置されていることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項3に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記第2搬送機構は、前記加熱室において、前記搬送トレイに形成された孔部を通して前記被処理物を持ち上げるための支持部を有していることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項3または請求項4に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記冷却室内において前記被処理物に冷媒を供給するための冷媒通路を備え、
前記冷媒通路は、鉛直方向に沿って延びていることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記加熱室と前記冷却室との間を閉じた状態と開いた状態とに切替可能に前記搬送経路に設けられる中間扉をさらに備え、
前記第1搬送機構は、前記加熱室に配置され前記搬送トレイを前記搬送経路に沿って搬送するための加熱室側搬送部と、この加熱室側搬送部とは離隔して前記冷却室に配置され前記搬送トレイを前記搬送経路に沿って搬送するための冷却室側搬送部と、を有していることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記第1搬送機構は、前記搬送トレイを、前記加熱室の外部、前記加熱室、前記冷却室、および、前記冷却室の外部に循環させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項1〜請求項7の何れか1項に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記第1搬送機構は、前記加熱室の外部に配置された駆動源と、この駆動源の出力を所定の一定位置において前記加熱室の外部から前記加熱室の内部へ伝達する出力伝達部材と、前記加熱室の内部に配置された駆動部材であって前記出力伝達部材からの動力を受けて前記搬送トレイを所定の搬送方向に変位させるための駆動部材と、を有していることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。
