Claims (5)
- 所定の搬送方向に沿う搬送経路を通る被処理物に所定の冷媒を供給する冷媒通路を形成するための、冷媒通路形成体を備え、
前記冷媒通路形成体は、複数の冷媒通路形成部材を含み、
複数の前記冷媒通路形成部材は、前記搬送方向と交差する所定の交差方向に沿って互いに接近するように変位することで、前記被処理物を収容した状態で前記冷媒通路を形成するように構成され、且つ、前記交差方向に沿って互いに離隔するように変位することで、前記冷媒通路に対する前記搬送方向に沿った前記被処理物の出し入れを許容するように構成され、
前記冷媒通路形成体は、筒状の上側部材と、この上側部材の下方に配置された筒状の下側部材と、を含み、
前記上側部材および前記下側部材は、前記交差方向としての上下方向に互いに近接することで、被処理物の周囲を全周に亘って取り囲むように配置されることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記被処理物が載せられた搬送トレイを前記搬送方向に沿って搬送するための搬送部と、
前記上側部材および前記搬送部を前記下側部材に対して前記交差方向としての上下方向に連動して変位させるための上下変位機構と、をさらに備え、
前記上下変位機構が、前記搬送トレイを載せられた前記搬送部と、前記上側部材と、を前記下側部材側に変位させることにより、前記下側部材、前記搬送トレイ、および、前記上側部材が前記上下方向に重ねられて、前記下側部材、前記搬送トレイ、および、前記上側部材によって前記冷媒通路が形成されることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項2に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記搬送部は、チェーンユニットであって、所定の可動連結部および前記上側部材を介して前記上下変位機構に連結され所定の搬送位置と所定の冷却位置との間で変位可能に構成されたチェーンユニットを含み、
前記チェーンユニットは、駆動軸と、従動軸と、これら駆動軸および従動軸に巻かれ前記搬送トレイが載せられるチェーンと、を含み、
前記チェーンユニットは、前記搬送位置において、前記搬送トレイが前記上側部材および前記下側部材から離隔するように前記搬送トレイを支持し、且つ、前記冷却位置において、前記搬送トレイが前記下側部材と接触するように前記搬送トレイを配置することを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項3に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記可動連結部は、前記駆動軸および前記従動軸を回転可能に支持する梁部を含み、
前記搬送位置において、前記上側部材は、前記梁部を持ち上げることによって前記チェーンユニットを前記搬送位置に配置し、
前記冷却位置において、前記梁部は、所定のストッパに受けられることで、前記上側部材によって持ち上げられた状態を解除されつつ、前記チェーンユニットを前記冷却位置に保持することを特徴とする、熱処理装置。 - 請求項3または請求項4に記載の熱処理装置であって、
前記駆動軸を駆動するためのモータと、
前記モータと前記駆動軸とを連結する出力伝達部材と、
をさらに備え、
前記出力伝達部材は、一端部と、他端部と、これらの端部の間に介在する複数の自在継手と、を含み、前記モータの出力軸と前記駆動軸とが前記上下方向に相対移動可能であることを特徴とする、熱処理装置。
