Claims (14)
- 電動機(3)および空気乾燥機(4)を有する空気圧縮機(2)を備える、自動車向け空気サスペンションシステム用の一体型給気ユニット(1)であって、前記空気圧縮機(2)が、電動機(3)、前記空気乾燥機(4)および複数の空気コネクタ(8)とともに機能ユニットを形成しており、
前記機能ユニットが、少なくとも空気圧ブロック(5)および電子制御装置(6)から形成されており、
前記空気圧縮機(2)が、前記空気圧ブロック(5)に配置されており、前記空気圧ブロック(5)に取り付けられている前記電動機(3)によって駆動され、
前記電子制御装置(6)が、前記電動機(3)の反対側において前記空気圧ブロック(5)に取り付けられており、
空気圧弁(7)が、前記空気圧ブロック(5)の中に部分的に配置されており、且つ電子制御装置(6)の中に部分的に配置されていることを特徴とする一体型給気ユニット(1)。 - 前記空気圧弁(7)の駆動ユニット(7a)が前記空気圧ブロック(5)の中に別々に配置されており、前記空気圧弁(7)の電磁弁コイル(7b)が前記電子制御装置の中に別々に配置されており、前記電磁弁コイル(7b)が、寸法公差補償要素を介して互いに一体に結合された状態で配置され得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体型給気ユニット(1)。
- 前記空気圧縮機(2)が前記空気圧ブロック(5)の中に配置されており、前記電動機(3)を介して駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の一体型給気ユニット(1)。
- 前記空気圧縮機(2)が3気筒スター圧縮機として具現化されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の一体型給気ユニット(1)。
- 前記3気筒スター圧縮機が、クランクピンを介して中心に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の一体型給気ユニット(1)。
- 前記空気圧縮機(2)が2ピストン圧縮機として具現化されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の一体型給気ユニット(1)。
- 前記2ピストン圧縮機が、クランクピンを介して中心に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の一体型給気ユニット(1)。
- 前記空気圧ブロック(5)の内部でダクトが空気圧ラインとして延在し、前記空気圧縮機(2)と、前記空気乾燥機(4)と、前記空気圧弁(7)と、前記空気コネクタ(8)と、を相互に接続していることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の一体型給気ユニット(1)。
- 前記電子制御装置(6)が電子コネクタ(9)を備え、前記一体型給気ユニット(1)が少なくとも1つの車両電気回路網に接続していることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の一体型給気ユニット(1)。
- 圧力センサおよび/または加速度センサおよび/または温度センサであるセンサが、前記一体型給気ユニット(1)内に組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の一体型給気ユニット(1)。
- 前記センサのうちの1つが圧力センサであり、該圧力センサは、前記空気圧ブロック(5)の中に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の一体型給気ユニット(1)。
- 前記圧力センサが、寸法公差補正要素を介して、前記電子制御装置(6)と電気的に接触し得ることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の一体型給気ユニット(1)。
- 請求項1から12の少なくとも一項に記載の一体型給気ユニット(1)を備えた車両用空気サスペンションシステム。
- 前記一体型給気ユニット(1)および切換弁装置(130)を有する車両用空気サスペンションシステムであって、前記切換弁装置が、4つの2/2方向切換弁(131、132、133、134)または4つのパイロット制御された2/2方向切換弁(135、136、137、138)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の車両用空気サスペンションシステム。
