Description
中央室1aは、図1に示すように本実施形態の熱処理装置Sにて処理される全ての被処理物Xが通過する部屋であり、その側壁に、熱処理装置Sへの出入口となる搬入扉1c、搬出扉1dが設けられている。被処理物Xは、前述したようにトレーTに載置された状態で搬入扉1cを通って中央室1aに搬入され、処理後、トレーTに載置された状態で搬出扉1dを通って中央室1aから搬出される。
Claims (5)
- 被搬送体を押圧して直線方向に搬送する熱処理装置用の搬送装置であって、
前記被搬送体を押圧する進退可能なロッドを有するシリンダ機構を備え、
前記シリンダ機構のロッドの先端部に、前記被搬送体の外周面における周方向の異なる二箇所に当接するように、一対の当接部材を配設し、
前記当接部材を案内する案内レールを有し、
前記当接部材に、前記案内レール上を走行する走行ローラを設けたことを特徴とする熱処理装置用の搬送装置。 - 前記被搬送体は円盤状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱処理装置用の搬送装置。
- 前記案内レールが、その長さ方向において隙間を介して断続的に配置され、
前記当接部材には、前記走行ローラが走行方向に複数設けられ、
前記複数の走行ローラは、その最外部に位置する二つの走行ローラ間の距離が、前記隙間の長さより大きくなるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱処理装置用の搬送装置。 - 前記当接部材には、その先端部に、該当接部材の長さを調整する調整機構が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理装置用の搬送装置。
- 被処理物を加熱する加熱装置と、
前記被処理物を載置する被搬送体と、
前記被処理物を載置した前記被搬送体を、前記加熱装置に搬送するための搬送室と、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理装置用の搬送装置と、を備えることを特徴とする熱処理装置。
