CaAlSiNy:Eu(1<y<5)
本発明に係る実施例1〜12では、第1蛍光体としてはD50が15±3μmである480〜499nmの発光ピーク波長を有する(Ba、Eu)Si2(O、Cl)2N2を、第2蛍光体としてはD50が12±3μmである500〜560nmの発光ピーク波長を有するAl5Lu3O12:Ce++を、第3蛍光体としてはD50が11±3μmである600〜650nmの発光ピーク波長を有する(Sr、Ca)AlSiN3:Euをそれぞれ準備した。
比較例1〜12では、第1蛍光体としては430〜470nmの発光ピーク波長を有する(Ba、Eu)Si2(O、Cl)2N2を準備し、第2蛍光体および第3蛍光体としては実施例1〜12と同様の発光ピーク波長および組成を有するものを準備した。
Claims (4)
- 440nm〜460nmの励起波長を有する青色LEDチップと、前記青色LEDチップの発光面を覆い、前記青色LEDチップの励起波長によって励起されて発光し、蛍光体粉末を含む蛍光体層とを含む白色発光素子であって、
前記蛍光体粉末は、
480〜499nmの発光ピーク波長を有し、化学式(Ba、Eu)Six(O、Cl)xNx(1<x<5)で表される蛍光体を含む第1蛍光体粉末と、
500〜560nmの発光ピーク波長を有し、化学式(Sr、Ba、Ca)xSiO2x:Eu(1<x<5)で表される蛍光体、化学式Si6−yAlyOyN8−y:Eu(0.1<y<0.5)で表される蛍光体、及び化学式Al8−zLuzO12:Ce++(1<z<5)で表される蛍光体のうち少なくとも一つを含む第2蛍光体粉末と、
600〜650nmの発光ピーク波長を有し、化学式(Sr、Ca)AlSiNx:Eu(1<x<5)で表される蛍光体、及び化学式CaAlSiNy:Eu(1<y<5)で表される蛍光体のうち少なくとも一つを含む第3蛍光体粉末と、のみからなり、
前記白色発光素子は、平均演色指数が90%以上であり、R9が90%以上であることを特徴とする、白色発光素子。 - 前記白色発光素子は、R12が90%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の白色発光素子。
- 440nm〜460nmの励起波長を有する青色LEDチップと、前記青色LEDチップの発光面を覆い、前記青色LEDチップの励起波長によって励起されて発光し、蛍光体粉末を含む蛍光体層とを含む白色発光素子であって、
前記蛍光体粉末は、
480〜499nmの発光ピーク波長を有し、化学式(Ba、Eu)Six(O、Cl)xNx(1<x<5)で表される蛍光体を含む第1蛍光体粉末と、
500〜560nmの発光ピーク波長を有し、化学式(Sr、Ba、Ca)xSiO2x:Eu(1<x<5)で表される蛍光体、化学式Si6−yAlyOyN8−y:Eu(0.1<y<0.5)で表される蛍光体、及び化学式Al8−zLuzO12:Ce++(1<z<5)で表される蛍光体のうち少なくとも一つを含む第2蛍光体粉末と、
600〜650nmの発光ピーク波長を有し、化学式(Sr、Ca)AlSiNx:Eu(1<x<5)で表される蛍光体、及び化学式CaAlSiNy:Eu(1<y<5)で表される蛍光体のうち少なくとも一つを含む第3蛍光体粉末と、のみからなり、
前記白色発光素子は、平均演色指数が90%以上であり、R9が90%以上であり、
発光スペクトル上の485〜504nmの範囲でピーク波長が形成されたことを特徴とする、白色発光素子。 - 前記白色発光素子は、R12が90%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の白色発光素子。
