Claims (3)
- 非磁性基板上に、垂直磁性層及び保護層が順次積層されており、
前記垂直磁性層は、六方最密充填構造を有し、(0002)結晶面が前記非磁性基板の表面に対して平行に配向している層が積層されており、
前記垂直磁性層の最上層は、多結晶粒を含み、
前記多結晶粒は、CoCr基合金、CoPt基合金、CoCrPt基合金又はCoPtCr基合金を含み、
前記保護層は、前記垂直磁性層の最上層に接触して形成されており、グラフェン及び/又はグラフェンの積層体と、アモルファスカーボンを含み、
前記グラフェン及び/又はグラフェンの積層体は、前記多結晶粒の個々の(0002)結晶面と平行に結合しており、
前記垂直磁性層の最上層は、非グラニュラ構造であり、
前記グラフェンの積層体は、グラフェンが2層以上10層以下の範囲内で積層されていることを特徴とする垂直磁気記録媒体。 - 前記グラフェン及び/又はグラフェンの積層体は、窒素がドーピングされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の垂直磁気記録媒体。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の垂直磁気記録媒体と、
該垂直磁気記録媒体に情報を記録し、該垂直磁気記録媒体に記録されている情報を再生する磁気ヘッドを有することを特徴とする磁気記録再生装置。
