Description
〔2〕前記乾燥工程の温度が室温〜600℃、前記酸化物中空粒子形成工程の温度が150〜1000℃、前記溶融工程の温度が600℃以上である〔1〕に記載の酸化物中空粒子の製造方法。
図1に示す装置を用いてムライト中空粒子、及び非晶質アルミナ/シリカ系酸化物中空粒子を製造した。ムライト中空粒子の製造においては、硝酸アルミニウム、オルトケイ酸テトラエチルを溶解した0.2mol/L水溶液を用いた。非晶質アルミナ/シリカ系酸化物中空粒子の製造には、硝酸アルミニウム、オルトケイ酸テトラエチル、硝酸カルシウム4水和物、ホウ酸ナトリウムおよび硝酸マグネシウムを原料として用いた。原料溶液は、2流体ノズルを介してミスト状に噴霧し、乾燥ゾーン、熱分解ゾーン及び溶融ゾーンを通過させた。得られた酸化物中空粒子は、冷却後バグフィルターを用いて回収した。表1に、酸化物中空粒子の平均粒子径及びBET比表面積を示した。表2に、噴霧方式、各ゾーンの温度を示した。また、表2には、得られた酸化物中空粒子の外殻表面に孔が存在するか否かを、溶媒に浮遊するか否かで評価した。外殻表面に孔があれば、粒子は浮遊せずに沈む。浮遊性は、得られた酸化物中空粒子を溶媒と混合、静置させ、6時間後に浮遊性しているものは「○」、沈降しているものは「×」とした。

Claims (1)
- 噴霧熱分解法により平均粒子径0.5〜20μmの酸化物中空粒子の製造方法であって、
酸化物を構成する元素を含有する溶液の噴霧液滴から溶媒を除去する乾燥工程、
乾燥された粒子を熱分解して酸化物中空粒子を形成する熱分解工程、及び
形成された酸化物中空粒子の表面を溶融する溶融工程
の3段階加熱工程を有し、
乾燥工程、熱分解工程及び溶融工程を、乾燥ゾーン、熱分解ゾーン及び溶融ゾーンを有する一つの熱分解炉でそれぞれ実施し、
乾燥工程の温度が150〜500℃であり、
熱分解工程の温度が500〜900℃であり、
溶融工程の温度が1000〜1500℃である、
酸化物中空粒子の製造方法。
