Claims (3)
- 両側面に2列の転動体転走溝がそれぞれ形成された軌道台と、
前記転動体転走溝に対向し、負荷通路を形成する負荷転動体転走溝を有し、前記軌道台に組みつけられ、当該軌道台に沿って移動自在な移動体と、
接触角線が前記転動体転走溝に対して前記軌道台の外方で交わるよう配列された転動体と、
2列に配列された前記転動体の前記軌道台側に配置される転動体保持部材と、を備え、
前記移動体は移動体本体と、
前記移動体本体の両端に取り付けられる蓋体と、からなる運動案内装置において、
前記転動体保持部材は前記軌道台の長手方向に延びる板状に形成され、当該長手方向と直交する板状の転動体保持部を有し、
前記転動体保持部は2列に配列された前記転動体を前記軌道台側から同時に保持し、
前記移動体本体は前記転動体保持部と対向する内壁部を有し、前記転動体保持部と前記内壁部との間に隙間を有することを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 前記転動体保持部材は前記転動体保持部以外に、更に固定部を有し、前記固定部は屈曲部と係止部とを有し、前記蓋体には前記屈曲部を収容する収容溝と前記係止部を収容する係止溝とが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1の運動案内装置。
- 前記転動体保持部は、その一部に窪みが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2の運動案内装置。
