Description
最初に、図1を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る液晶表示装置の信号線及び画素の配置について説明する。図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る液晶表示装置の信号線と画素の配置を示す図面である。
下部表示パネル100について説明する。
次に、上部表示パネル200について説明する。図5に示すように、第2絶縁基板210の上に遮光部材220が形成されている。第2絶縁基板210の上には、また、複数のカラーフィルタ230が形成されている。カラーフィルタ230の大部分は、遮光部材220によって取り囲まれた領域内に存在してもよい。
下部表示パネル100と上部表示パネル200の間に挿入されている液晶層3は、液晶分子(図示せず)を含み、液晶分子は電界がない状態で、その長軸が二つの表示パネル100、200の表面に対して水平になるように配向されていてもよい。
図4を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る液晶表示装置の第1リペアパターン31aについてさらに詳細に説明する。
以下、図6を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る液晶表示装置について説明する。図6は、本発明の第2実施形態に係る液晶表示装置の配置図である。
以下、図7及び図8を参照して、本発明の第3実施形態に係る液晶表示装置について説明する。図7は、本発明の第3実施形態に係る液晶表示装置の配置図であり、図8は、図7の液晶表示装置のVIII−VIII線に沿った断面図である。
以下、図9乃至図12を参照して、本発明の第4実施形態に係る液晶表示装置について説明する。図9は、本発明の第4実施形態に係る液晶表示装置の配置図であり、図10は、図9の液晶表示装置のX−X線に沿った断面図であり、図11は、図9の液晶表示装置のXI−XI線に沿った断面図であり、図12は、図9の液晶表示装置のXII−XII線に沿った断面図である。
下部表示パネル100について説明する。
以下、上部表示パネル200について説明する。図12に示すように、第2絶縁基板210の上に遮光部材220が形成されている。第2絶縁基板210の上には、また、複数のカラーフィルタ230が形成されている。カラーフィルタ230の大部分は、遮光部材220によって取り囲まれた領域内に存在してもよい。
下部表示パネル100と上部表示パネル200との間に挿入されている液晶層3は、液晶分子(図示せず)を含み、液晶分子は、電界がない状態で、その長軸が二つの表示パネル100、200の表面に対して水平になるように配向されていてもよい。
図9、11を参照して、本発明の第4実施形態に係る液晶表示装置の第1リペアパターン31aについてさらに詳細に説明する。
次に、図13を参照して、本発明の第5実施形態に係る液晶表示装置について説明する。図13は、本発明の第5実施形態に係る液晶表示装置の配置図である。

Claims (9)
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板上に位置するゲート線及びデータ線と、
前記絶縁基板上に位置するリペアパターンと、
前記ゲート線、データ線、及び前記リペアパターンの上に位置する第1保護膜と、
前記第1保護膜の上に位置して、第2保護膜を介して互いに重なる画素電極及び共通電極と、
前記絶縁基板上に位置する共通電圧線と、
を含み、
前記リペアパターンは前記画素電極と重なり、
前記共通電圧線と前記リペアパターンは前記データ線と同一層で形成される、液晶表示装置。 - 前記リペアパターンは前記共通電圧線から拡張されている、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記共通電圧線は、互いに隣接する二つの前記データ線の間に位置し、前記二つの前記データ線と平行な方向に延在しており、
前記互いに隣接する二つのデータ線の間に二つの画素電極が位置する、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記共通電圧線は複数の拡張部を有し、
前記第1保護膜と前記第2保護膜のうちの少なくとも一つにはコンタクトホールが形成されており、
前記共通電圧線の前記複数の拡張部のうちの一部は前記コンタクトホールと重なり、
前記複数の拡張部のうちの他の一部はスペーサと重なる、請求項3に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記リペアパターンは、前記ゲート線と隣接した前記画素電極の周縁部に位置する、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記画素電極と前記共通電極のうちの一つは平面形状を有し、他の一つは複数の枝電極を含み、
前記リペアパターンは前記複数の枝電極と重ならず、
前記リペアパターンは前記画素電極の中央部分に位置する、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記リペアパターンは前記共通電極と重なる、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記絶縁基板上に位置する共通電圧線をさらに含み、
前記リペアパターンは前記共通電圧線から拡張されており、
前記共通電圧線と前記リペアパターンは前記データ線と同一層で形成される、請求項7に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記共通電圧線は、互いに隣接する二つの前記データ線の間に位置し、前記二つの前記データ線と平行な方向に延在する、請求項8に記載の液晶表示装置。
