- データライン及びゲートラインによって定義されたサブピクセルが配列されて、タッチ電極が配置されたタッチスクリーン内蔵型有機発光表示パネル、及び
前記タッチ電極のうちの少なくとも一つにタッチ駆動信号を供給して、前記タッチ駆動信号が印加された各タッチ電極を通じて検出された信号に基づいてタッチ有無及びタッチ位置のうちの少なくとも一つを感知するタッチセンシング回路を含み、
前記タッチスクリーン内蔵型有機発光表示パネルは、
封止層と、
ブラックマットリックスと、
前記封止層及び前記ブラックマットリックス上に位置するカラーフィルター層をさらに含み、
前記タッチ電極は前記封止層上に位置し、
前記タッチ電極は1つの導電層により形成されているタッチスクリーン内蔵型有機発光表示装置。 - 前記封止層上に位置して前記タッチ電極と前記タッチセンシング回路を電気的に連結するタッチラインをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン内蔵型有機発光表示装置。

前記タッチスクリーン内蔵型有機発光表示パネルの前記サブピクセルのそれぞれは、
第1電極、有機発光層及び第2電極でなされた有機発光ダイオードと、
前記有機発光ダイオードを駆動するための駆動トランジスターと、
前記駆動トランジスターの第1ノードとデータラインとの間に電気的に連結された第1トランジスターと、
前記駆動トランジスターの第1ノードと第2ノードとの間に電気的に連結されたストレージキャパシタを含んで構成されて、
前記タッチスクリーン内蔵型有機発光表示パネルは、
ブラックマットリックスと、
前記有機発光ダイオードの第2電極上に位置する封止層と、
前記封止層及び前記ブラックマットリックス上に位置するカラーフィルター層をさらに含んで、
前記タッチセンサーに該当するタッチ電極が前記封止層上にさらに配置されて、
前記タッチ電極のうちの少なくとも一つにはタッチ駆動信号が供給されて、
前記タッチ駆動信号が印加されたタッチ電極は使用者のタッチ操作手段に該当したポインタとキャパシタンスを形成し、
前記タッチ電極は1つの導電層により形成されているタッチスクリーン内蔵型有機発光表示パネル。 - 前記封止層上に位置して前記タッチ電極と電気的に連結されたタッチラインをさらに含む、請求項13に記載のタッチスクリーン内蔵型有機発光表示パネル。
